Selections of writing ripped straight from RPs with minimal editing, though it's likely that editing will be gradual. Some of these are just too good not to include and subsequently link to characters through their profiles, even if they don't make a lick of sense.

Plasma Tsunami

Scenario:

Soulska, Charlotte, and Qyii form a dream team to take out a Crusader's military base. Qyii is gifted with Soulska's massive mana pool and instructed to cast a "Plasma Tsunami." This is the result.

Qyii had but one wish at this point. He even muttered it under his breath: "Please let this work."
He lifted his staff and slammed it down causing a focused beam of golden plasma to erupt downward towards earth, heating the nearby atmosphere around the pillar causing a hazy distortion.
The pillar lasted merely a few seconds, and it alone threatened to melt anything that came too close and blind any onlookers. A single moment of deadly beauty about to blossom into a force only bested by the stars themselves.
The pillar touched down in the desert instantly converting the surface levels of sand into a gaseous form. The silicon from the sand would bond with the oxygen in the atmosphere creating silicon oxide, which is not poisonous on its own but could overwhelm those on the ground.
These gasses were then heated further to become plasma.
This was only in the initiation.
The following wave acted in an almost familiar manner. It paralleled the ignition of a flammable gas, only that the very air was heated to become a golden plasma, which in turn caused more plasma to form.
Soulska had referred to it as a 'Plasma Tsunami,' whatever a tsunami was, but the term “wave” would suffice. Though it did lack in the coolness factor.
The wave of golden plasma stretched out, either melting or vaporizing anything in its path, whether that be buildings, vehicles, or people.
The wave slowly faded back down the color spectrum, appearing more yellow, then orange, then red, before it finally ended displaying the ravaged landscape.
Red plasma still clung to its energy in the place of sand. It would eventually cool into glass.
the heat wave would continue for far longer than the plasma ave. Outside the immediate area of effect, the sand has turned to glass.
Qyii took a hesitant step back. His thoughts were a bit conflicted.
That was amazing. Terrifying.
Can’t believe it worked, can't believe that I could ever do such a thing.
Once again he was both wary and in awe of the power he possessed. The ability to destroy entire settlements in an instant and end lives before they could even contemplate the situation.
The desert was now the temperature of a cool star. No longer much of a desert anymore.
He... He wasn’t sure what good could ever come out of this.
