MistClan lives at the foot of the crags, in a small lush forest bordering the beach. Flowing from the mountain and to the ground is a waterfall, from which came a large pond that forms the water source for the MistClan cats. Their camp was built around the pond, and spreads out in a small clearing surrounding it. Their dens consist mainly of burrows under large bushes, though ancient felled logs also provide shelter for them, the most prominent of these being the apprentices' den. Due to the vapor from the falls, the territory is almost always covered in a layer of mist or fog, giving the clan their name. 

MistClan cats are clever and favor stealth and strategics over sheer force; they're well-practiced at sneaking up on prey by hiding in the shadows and letting their pawsteps be muffled by the soft flora of their territory. They have well-adjusted eyesight to seeing in foggy conditions and often use this to their advantage by hiding in wait to ambush large animals or enemy warriors. Though they will fiercely protect their territory, they tend to be more cautious and skittish than other clans. 

Favored prey items include songbirds, small rodents, as well as fish, which they hunt in the pond and occasionally from the beach. Although they generally don't enjoy swimming, most MistClan cats know how to swim well enough to stay afloat if they fall or are pulled into the water.
