- MVP’d a (young, injured) dragon fight (AT LEVEL 2!) and rodeo’d it thus distracting it and doing reliable damage qhile half of my party was busy putting all of its gold hoard in their pockets. They used their whole TURNS for that. It was an ice dragon, btw, and having metal in their pockets made the frost damage worse. SOME CONTINUED TO GATHER GOLD EVEN AFTER THE FIRST FROST ATTACK. We were a party of 5 but ended up only having two and a half fighting lol, the gold takers died

- A year later irl and it’s now arc 2 of the campaign (sessions were infrequent so he’s only like level 5 at most). They’re at a village party/festival because the party helped save the village from a monster problem they’d be having, and festivities are going, spirits are high, so Grundur wants to buy a luth. It’s a town during a festival so my dm is like yeah you’d find someone selling a luth easily, roll with advantage. I roll a 1. We laugh, "Well thankfully I have advantage!". I roll another one. My dm looks at me, shocked. A luth gets sold to me, but later when I play it I get hallucinations of a woman and strange physical effects like difficulty breathing. Sessions later, the arc ends with my character waking up from having massacred the entire town, after having played the luth to distract guards from the rest of the party breaking a party member out of jail. The luth got him possessed by a demon.
And this is after I got rolls after rolls of like perception/intelligence of "does your character feel like anything is off" and I KEPT FEELING so like Grundur would have a hard time playing the luth bc he COULDN’T BREATHE and then when the roll is like "no, no you don’t catch on what’s happening or what’s wrong" my char has to go "Ah, it must be because my music playing is so ✨ breathtaking ✨" . My character after the party wakes up after the night of the party literally laying in the entrails of a cut up bear in the forest and I have to go "Wild night, huh! Parties am I right~?"

- So this is during arc 1, and this is my party’s first dnd campaign, our dm is introducing us to the game and all. So our party is tasked to go clear out a kobold dungeon in the mountains (where the dragon ended up being), and our party goes!… Without having planned for food at all. So we get there and we’re starving. My char nat 20’d on hunting a board while our ranger got jackshit, but it’s not enough and we’re doing terrible. We get to our first fight, and it’s a room of kobolds, when we attack one runs away from the room. We have disadvantage for like everything, but we eventually get through them without any deaths. The first thing we do? Loot. The next thing we do? We decide we want to arrange the kobolds to eat them. Our dm looks at us gobsmacked. So while we’re doing that, skinning and slicing and arranging the meat, the kobold who ran from the room comes barging back in, yelling some spell! The corpses move a bit and let out gurgles and screams before falling back, motionless. The kobold was a necromancer. We killed it easily lol. Some of us got sick from eating kobold but we still fared better after that lol

- the dragon wanted to enslave our party and mindwash us for it, mindwashing by staring into its eye or smth. My character was trying to sweet talk us into an opportunity to leave when the dragon suggested that he get mindwashed to have free range on getting out of the cave, in that way that says refusing is not an option. A party member starts to say something, but my character calmly shushes it and agrees. He walks forward calmly… And takes out his dagger to stab it in the eye. Roll initiative.

- Back on the nat 20 on hunting thing, I always rolled low on rogue stuff but rolled high on random stuff lol. I nat 20’d climbing a wall lol. I got like a 2 when my dm made me roll history to find anything about this old temple, looking at its rock materials, since I was a dwarf. My dm, rping the roll result as my character: "They’re rocks. I know about rocks. yup. Comes from the ground. Yeah."

- got a npc to fall in love with him (thus stealing her from other love interest players by having witty banter and being helpful) only to friendzone her later bc he’s aroace, leaving everyone at the table staring at me like "wtf". The npc runs away crying after his rejection and I run after her to be like "I love u as a friend!!" only making everything worse

- lucky roll for loot got him a necklace that can set his weapons on fire, and dungeon loot got him a dagger that can rewind time but you have a chance to straight up die (no rolls against death) every time you use it (which becomes more and more likely the more it’s used) 🧍our party is lvl 5

- arc 3 of the campaign, last one bc campaign got abruptly ended by covid, was a demon murder mystery at a manor bc we’re working for angels in purgatory to atone from the whole town massacre thing btw. Wild times. Good times
