2024 Pet Events

Chum Bucket was completely new to the world and was still adjusting to his new life following after a rather goopy kitbull. His life before as a proper ghost talon fish had been completely erased from his mind, with only little bits of his resurrection newly formed swirling in there, but out of it all, he definitely felt different. There was an endless amount of energy he felt with no space for feeling 'tired' - that feeling was faked simply for the enjoyment of 'napping'.

His napping, which he indulged in at the moment, consisted of looking completely lifeless while laying on a pillow surrounded by straw. But as he enjoyed this little time-wasting activity, he was stirred by the sudden commotion outside his pen. Shuffling up out of his bed, the goblin of a fish rushed to peek at what the noise was about, seeing a rather interesting Lunon, most likely owned by a new passenger, causing a scene. This was not a pet he had been introduced to like the few days prior. This Lunon was an uncommon one, completely round in head, a shade of muted purples and much larger than the common one, Cheeus, it was bothering. From the looks of it, the pair had made so much noise that from the other pens other companions were peeking out to witness what was happening.

Sadly, this new Lunon was seemingly trying to bully the other companion out of its larger pen to take it as its own. In normal terms, this would not have lasted long, considering the common Lunon, Cheeus, being bullied was the ship captain's pet. All those attached to the captain received the largest quarters, and this new Lunon was not a friend of the captain.

Chum Bucket saw desperation in the smaller Lunon's eyes, and lucky for them - Chum and Cheesus were friends! Little did the new uncommon Lunon know that a larger rare pet now lived here. Annoyance instantly flashed through Chum Bucket's glazed over eyes, and in a matter of minutes, the undead talon fish charged. Charging right into headbutting the Lunon over and then proceeding to bite down upon their tail with devilish intent. Something the other had not pictured coming at all!

A complete brawl scene played out between the two pets as Cheesus rushed back to their pen to lock it shut. All around, the other companions cheered for their mini UFC fight, with the victor clearly being Chum Bucket who was tearing out tufts of the panicked Lunon's fur. Only when the strange new Lunon got free and rushed to hide did Chum Bucket stop. They stood within the center of the room surrounded by their trophy of nicely colored fur tufts. Giving a snort to the Lunon while collecting the tufts, they went back into their pen to pretend to nap again. Clearly, there was a new law in 'town', and Chum Bucket would be sure to watch over his friends and make sure all was peaceful in the companion barns.
