Weekly: Rare 🐻 : Picnic Buddy

Mama had grown into a fine Dracor Ursidae-like creature, the new companion mount of Quinn. She had been given to them by the bloody crow Diaval as a Christmas gift after hearing how Quinn wished to fly. Clearly, Diaval had no ability to grant Quinn wings themselves, but opted for the better route of a winged bear mount. She had started small and tender, a complete cuddle bug to Quinn, but grew relatively fast with a bit of Khadgar's magic. She was new to her size limits and often got into a bit of trouble, especially when it came to the ideas of food. She could smell a tender roasting hot dog from miles away, take in the sweet scent of eggs frying on a griddle. Today her nose brought her out of the companion pen barn and into the lovely spring air. She moved lazily, curious of the smell of peanut butter that wafted into her face. It was fresh and warm, just made early in the morning. And with that aroma lingered hints of honey and jam, two of her favorite things.

Looking around the corner of the ship's cottage, Mama noticed what looked to be Blossom setting up a picnic. The little snow lady had set down a proper gingham blanket of red, and on it, an assortment of tasty sandwiches, fruits, and cookies.

'I do love a picnic... I don't think she'll mind,' Mama thought to herself, lumbering over just as the girl left to go inside for another item. Sadly, Mama's slow but large presence had been missed before she could ask for a tasty treat. Regardless, it did not matter; Mama would help herself. Taking to a corner of the finely placed picnic to look as she beloved. Unlike an animalistic dragon or bear, Mama was courteous to use her claws like pinchers to pick up a sandwich and munch it down with class. She would enjoy herself, having two sandwiches and a few bits of fruit, all before Blossom and Winnie would come out with drinks to witness her at their party.

Finding it humorous at how dainty the large girl was being, and ever so nice on her manners, the pair allowed Mama to stay and included her in their little spring picnic outing on the side of the house.
