"I'm proud of getting my apartment!" That was the first thing that came to Tali's mind.

"It took a lot of saving up, and it's not even that big of an apartment. It's a studio apartment, so it only really has the one room and the bathroom, but it fits me okay enough! I had to work two jobs at the home I moved out of along with doing a lot of odd jobs. My little sister helped out by selling her paintings on Etsy, but I kind of wonder if she was just trying to help me move out so she could have our huge childhood home to herself." She laughed, smiling with her teeth showing.

"The house was paid off a long time ago, it's been in our family for generations. I expect to move back there at some point, but for now, I really like having my little apartment."

Taking a good look at the boat that the kits had made, she said, "that's a really nice boat. Like, it's really, really nice. Did you two make that all by yourselves?" They nodded. "I'm really impressed! The stain is really meticulous, it's not just splashed on there or anything. You put a lot of detail into that, too. Are those kalons that I can see in the windows? They're so tiny! I had to put a lot of detail into my apartment, too. There are a lot of rugs on the floor, and plants on the windowsills and hanging from the ceiling. I think it's really pretty, but I don't have any photos right now.
