Fang's Childhood
The crazy childhood of one crazy lil monkey.
Uncle Maca
A series of snippets regarding all interactions with Macaque.

Wukong and Macaques Relationship
I feel like MKing and Mac's relationship is kinda like at a thing where MKing loathes Mac and who he is now, but a part of MKing never could just outright kill the guy due to their history together. And Mac tries to use that to get closer to MKing sometimes in hopes of rekindling what they once had even though it'll never happen.
Wukong and Macaque's relationship around before this point was pretty spotty at best. Wukong being just annoyed with Mac more than anything, but not so much getting into physical fights with him whenever he'd come visit the island. Sometimes the two would even get a lil handsy but nothing major would ever come from that.
That is until Fang came into the picture, and suddenly Wukong had grown much more territorial over his island, outright banning Mac from visiting, knowing dam well he wasn't one to play nice. And didn't want any harm to come to Fang because of him having taken her in as his kid.
Mac of course denied his warning's outright, and could be occasionally found hanging around, sometimes messing with Fang and Wukong. One or two fights having broken out because of it but nothing never so severe that would cause drastic bouts of damage, seeing as it was his home he was fighting on.

Fang and Macaques Relationship
Macaque is pretty soft towards her up until she gets older, then he grows a lot harder and bothersome when it comes to her and teaching her any lessons he thinks she needs to know.
He's actually the one who ended up helping her deal with her first kill. Giving her advice on the quickest method, and only leaving her be for a long time once seeing the aftermath of that advice against the storm demon.
--------------------------------------------
First Sight
Macaque hadn't quite known what had caused Wukong to act the way he did the last time they'd come around. Threatening to outright tie him to a rock and leave him to the bottom of the ocean to rot for all he cared. That is until he saw the little monkey demon 'sparring' with him.
Sparring would've been a joke to call it at that point, as the little imp swung their makeshift staff around like it was a toy, banging it on rocks and trees all the while Wukong kept pace with her while they teetered around on their way up to the training grounds.
If anything it was just him watching her play around, throwing stories in every now and again about how great he was and even on some occasion 'sparring' with her.
It was so sweet it made Mac's teeth rot.
"You'll make a great successor one day my lil sweetpeach~"
Hearing those words, Macaque knew right then why Wukong had become so territorial finally.
It was both amusing and annoying at the same time.
---
I wouldn't be until a few months after that did Mac get their first face to face interaction with the little imp. Caught in beween a literal game of monkey in the middle, they raced across the grounds chasing the little makeshift ball into the foilage. Where it came to rest right before Macaque's feet. There the imp paused in their venture, staring with wide curious eyes to the shadow before her. Before they both shared a look, Mac ending up being the one to break the silence when the thing tilted her head at him, his eyes squinting.
"He'll get bored of you eventually too y'know..."
The little 'monkey princess' as the island had deemed her, chittered a little, it incomprehensible even to him with how young minded they were. Baby talk was all it was. But they didn't seem at all deterred by his words, if anything they only seemed keen to respond.
"Baba?"
Oh hell no
"No. Not Baba." He glared at the imp, how dare they. Well sure he LOOKED like a copy of Wukong at a distance but come on, she was right there!
She tilted her head again, almost as if the two little cogs in her head were attempting to turn and process this new complex idea that there was such a thing as a monkey like Wukong that wasn't Wukong.
"...Baba.."
He growled slightly, little runt.
"Macaque. My name is Macaque. Lil pit." He bared his teeth with a hiss as he glowered down at the oblivious little princess.
"Ma..ma-.." Ugh, gross, it was trying to say his name. He'd best get the hell out of here before it tried climbing on him.
Just as he turned a cheery tone beckoned to him.
"Maca!"
Goddammit...

Stormy Night
Fang had often been left in the care of the other monkey's whenever Wukong left for whatever reasons. This time however Fang grows whiny and wants her dad because it's been too long! So she manages to wrangle herself free from her guardians and go hunting for him, thinking she might find him on the island for some reason. Only to get caught up in a storm.
Mac surprisingly was the one who saved her from getting flushed off the island. As sour as he is, even he cannot deny the tooth aching sweetness of widdle Fang.
--------------------------------------------
Drinks
Fang has seen her dad drunk only ONCE, and it was when Mac had come over a lil while after the fireworks celebration from the chinese new year festival. The two had managed to get drunk in Wukong's lil hut, and after making enough noise had woken up Fang who had come to see the two together. Thankfully not getting into anything too scandalous, mostly just laughing and witty banter while they recounted their own tales throughout the last few centuries. It was around then Fang had started seeing Macaque as an uncle. Uncle Maca.

Fang's Final Lesson
It's here where Mac starts to realize she's grown attached to him, and doesn't like that because y'know, it's Mac. So he hatches a plan up. That plan being-
Partially through her training to survive in the wild on her own for a month while on a small island not too far off the shores of her home island, Macaque sneaks in and kidnaps her in an attempt to get Wukong to come after them. Where he traps him in a demon prison. Out of hysteria Fang manages to reach into herself and bring forth her Dharma to fight back, enough to break the demon prison and scare Macaque off.
Where she no longer found him a trustworthy person to be around, both her and her father back on sour terms with him once more.
