I got a coelune in an art trade a while ago but have only just gotten to figuring out how to let someone know about the trade/void the design, I'm not sure who to message about this?
I looked around but I can't seem to find anything on redesigning a coelune. I made one about 2 years ago and I'd like to bring her back but I want to change the design a bit (mostly clothes to be honest)

Hi, I was told my art style was insufficient for a design submission. If it's a case of needing to pay your way in, could someone point me to an approved list of commissionable artists for design sheets?
hello! I'm confused, what do you mean by that? we don't have any restrictions regarding artists or art style or experience, anyone is welcome to design a coelune as long as they have a myo slot.
I don't know where you got this from, but it seems like there was some misconception or miscommunication somehow.
The percentages? Maybe someone could just tell me what they are so I can fix what was wrong? Is it that every line that's in a different place on the redesign is a certain percent?
I couldn't draw the official I got so I tried to submit a simpler ref sheet that kept everything but left off the clothing accessories, and was told that every single trait had been modified and now I'm honestly too scared to ask for help in case it gets decided that I'm not talented enough to own an official design and it gets revoked...
Is there just a chart of values I can look at to compare how I got over 30% and make fixes accordingly? The entire thing is very confusing, because you can't replicate it one for one or its considered tracing, but you also can't be so far off that it looks "worse"...
oh no it's not an artstyle issue at all, apologies if it was interpreted this way ;; we only take changes to the base design in consideration, artstyle changes don't count of course. we never expect anyone to replicate the original coelune designs like style models since that'd be very limiting! we'd never revoke anyone's design because of something like artstyle either! that's not an issue and won't ever be. no one's artstyle is "insuficient", we welcome everyone to participate in the community with their art as it is <:]
for redesign of officials we just allow one "big" change (like, completely changing the legs, changing the animal ears, completely changing the collar) and a few smaller changes. in the case of your redesign you changed both the original collar (the fluffy white on the og design) and the ears so that wasn't allowed! if you resubmit changing the ears back to bear ears or make the collar more similar to how it was before it would likely pass. i listed all the changes you made to try and make that big/small change comparison clear, it wasn't a list of "wrong traits" at all. you were actually pretty close to having the design approved, feel free to edit it and resubmit whenever you'd like.
as for the last part: the percentage rules really depends on case to case so we can't really make a guide for it, but we're always up for helping out as necessary if you have any doubts. ^^ inquiries to the discord server are faster, but you can send your question to the world DMs as well. there's really no reason to be scared, we're here to help you out.

hello! slots from the fto event have to be manually given permissions since they couldn't be traded until the event was over.
what you have in your inventory is a cheesecake item, so please please use the item in your inventory first to transform it into a myo slot! if permissions are still set as untradeable let us know ^_^
Hi, I'm trying to access my Lorekeeper account but it won't let me do anything unless I link a Deviantart account for verification. I don't have one, nor do I want to make one really.
Is there no other way to verify? Like, linking Toyhouse or Discord?
no, unfortunately the only way to verify accounts through lorekeeper right now is through deviantart since that's how the lorekeeper system works. your account doesn't have to be active at all though!
The problem is I can't access my myo unless I verify my account ^^'
This means to join the recent myo event I needed:
- a Toyhouse account in order to post the bulletin
- a Lorekeeper account in order to receive the myo
- A Deviantart account in order to use the Lorekeeper account
yes, that's how it works. you need to link a deviantart account to verify your account or you can't access your myo at all, apologies ;;
we can't do any exceptions since that's how lorekeeper works and changing that would require programming, which is something none of the mods are versed in. and we use lorekeeper to handle all character trades and approvals so it's necessary to participate in the species

you can just submit your design with the trait without a problem! as for outfits, you may have as many outfits as you like :] the only thing that would count as a redesign would be changing physical traits: halo shape and/or color, rabbit leg fur patterns, tail color, hair color, eye color, skin color, etc
I had a question concerning my MYO slot, I sketched out the design and I was gonna submit it but my Lorekeeper keeps giving me "error 500" and I've been trying for almost a week now trying to get it to work and hasn't whatsoever. Is there another way I could possibly submit my MYO?- I have the ticket I just need another way to submit my character if that's possible-

Hello. This may sound like a silly question, so please bear with me. Do I delete my post on the MYO event page since I don't have Lorekeeper set up yet? I created my post during the later part of the evening in my time zone with the hope of avoiding the 500 error issue on Lorekeeper, but still encountered it. If so, I don't mind reposting on the event page and resharing the bulletin for the event when I have Lorekeeper set up. Just wanted to mention on the visual traits page it says the nocternals sign is on their left and diurnal on their right but the images have them swapped. In the picture the nocturnal has it on their right side and diurnal on their left.
