ALL MYO DESIGNS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH [OUR WEBSITE]!
Making a Coelunes.com account is mandatory for participation in the species, since that's how we keep track of ownership, trades and prompt submissions.
We know Lorekeeper can be confusing at times, so we've prepared a comprehensive guide on how to send your Coelune MYO for approval below.
1. Find your MYO slot
As soon as you receive your MYO slot on our website, you will receive a notification like the above. You must be logged in to see this!
o access your MYO slot, first open your profile by going on the top right corner and clicking on your username -> PROFILE -> MYO SLOTS.
Your MYO slot should be there, looking something like that! Now click on it.
2. Create MYO Approval Request
Upon clicking on your slot, you'll see a panel on the left side of the screen. There, you'll find a button that says "SUBMIT MYO DESIGN". Click on it.
Click on "Create Request" to create your approval form.
You'll see a screen like the above! Now, it's time to fill your form.
3. Filling the form
We will go through each of the tabs you'll need to fill: COMMENTS, MASTERLIST IMAGE, ADD-ONS, and TRAITS.
Comments are entirely optional. You're free to leave this section completely blank and simply click "Save".
The COMMENTS tab will then look like this, instead of having a red X. If it still has the X, click "Save" again until the green circle appears.
Under the MASTERLIST IMAGE tab, you can submit your design. Click "Choose File" to pick the reference image.
IMPORTANT: The image file must be under 1500x1500 px, preferably in PNG format.
Your design must be a full-body reference.
If your image file is too big, it'll be rejected due to server limitations.
If you'd like to upload a custom thumbnail image (icon) of your preference, you can disable the thumbnail cropper by clicking on the blue "On" button.
Make sure to credit whoever designed your character, and whoever drew the reference image you're submitting.
Once the image is uploaded, it should look something like this!
Click "Save" and continue on to the next tab.
Items are receivable through events or purchaseable with moonstones (species currency), and will be relevant on this tab.
If you don't have any items, simply click "Save".
Under the TRAITS tab, first select if your Coelune is Diurnal or Nocturnal under "Subtype".
Next up, click on "Add Trait" to add all traits your Coelune has.
You can type out the traits you want to add and click on the option below.
Upon adding all the traits your Coelunes has, it should look something like the above image.
Click on "Save" to continue when you're done.
If you've properly filled in all the tabs as instructed so far, they should look like the above image.
Now with all the information provided, click on "Submit Request" to send in your MYO for approval!
4. Approval Process
As soon as a moderator goes through your request and checks that everything is within guidelines, your design will be approved.
If we find any problems with your request, it will be rejected and our moderators will let you know
what the issue was so that you can fix your request and re-submit it.
Depending on how busy the moderators are, design approvals/rejections can take up to a week. If you've been waiting for approval for more than 2 weeks,
