Treat other members of the world with respect.
Bigotry such as racism, sexism, LGBTphobia, or any other kind of discrimination based on one's inclusion in any kind of group is prohibited.
Listen to staff members. If you think there's a problem with an existing staff member, please contact woooooooooorm or aspirinz about it.
We reserve the right to blacklist any user without warning.

Please read and follow an artist's TOS.
Paying for an adoptable with money that you do not have, or otherwise are being untruthful about will result in your being blacklisted.
Please send payment for adoptables within 24 hours. Failure to do so will be considered theft and the user will be blacklisted without warning.
Do not delete offer/bid comments. Doing so will result in a warning. Multiple cases will result in you being blacklisted.

Do not create MYOs based on copyrighted or canon characters, beyond slight inspiration (e.g. a D&D-based Athenai with a photo-accurate vorpal sword for a tenet).
Designing an Athenai incorporating political, hateful, or offensive imagery is prohibited.

All Athenai are for personal use. Please do not use your Athenai for commercial purposes.
Athenai are a closed species, meaning you cannot make your own without a MYO slot.
If a member is banned and blacklisted, their owned Athenai are voided and removed from the species, making them unnable to be resold or traded.
If you would like to void an Athenai, please contact athenai_masterlist and title the message as [Username] - Athenai Void || Please include the ML link. We will also ask you to remove some of these following traits: teloi, tail, halo, mechanical limbs, core.
Your Athenai can have alternate species (such as a dainty form) as long as the other species permits it.
You may make an Athenai crossbreed but an Erudite MYO is required, and the other species must permit it.
NSFW artwork of Athenai is allowed but must be properly moderated and kept out of public spaces or in the 18+ only category of the Discord server. We do not allow members who are minors ro create NSFW artwork of Athenai, and in doing so will result in a ban from the species. Adult members are not allowed to trade Athenai with NSFW artwork to minors. While the species does not patrol member's art styles, we do not allow NSFW for Athenai with a child-like appearance, regardless of age.

You can submit art of an existing Athenai you own, an existing Athenai someone else owns, or an NPC.
You are only allowed to submit art or writing that you have made or commissioned from another artist. Submitting other people's art without their consent is strictly forbidden.
When submitting other people's art, please credit the artist that made it.
Art submitted must show evidence of some significant work being put into it; in other words, mass-produced art will not earn AE or Memories.
Event art cannot contain political, hateful, or offensive imagery.
