Special Ability - Fight Focus Switch:
When in battle Cleo’s emotions just shut off/become disabled, in the same vibe of fight or flight except the only option is to fight… I guess it acts more as a defense mechanism if that’s the proper term. This is also triggered if there is a feeling a fight will happen. The lack of emotions is meant to help her focus solely on the fight, she is devoid of any emotion and has been trained not to stop until the opponent is down.

Weaknesses: Doesn’t do well with multiple opponents, thanks to the ability being tied to battles can’t fight for long periods of time
It's hard to pinpoint Cleo's personality at first glance, primarily thanks to her special ability. She often times doesn't express feelings and tends to remain very neutral towards others. When push comes to shove she has been trained by her mentor to retaliate full force. While one will generally see her devoid of emotion, those she trusts/are close to having actually experienced Cleo without her ability active. It's usually when they're hidden away or separated from others that the ability usually drops.
Without her ability, Cleo is soft-spoken and surprisingly nurturing. She's not afraid of giving a little snark here or there, but that just truly shows how much she cares for the person.

Cleo was raised with her family at the base of Faldera Volcano. They lived within a tight-knit community in which each family generally had a specific role to fill. Cleo and her family were lookouts, mostly for strange humans that arrived on the island but any suspicious Pokemon were also included. She took this role very seriously, to live up to her parent's expectations.
When she wasn't on lookout duty, Cleo seemed to have created some sort of kinship with a Hariyama. The two would spar and become close. Sadly, this was a rouse on the Hariyama's part as she was secretly a Team Rocket member undercover, looking for potential members to take back.
One night when Cleo was on lookout duty by herself, the Hariyama snuck up on the young Pikachu and knocked her out. Under the guise of night, she was taken back to Team Rocket to be infused with the Pixie and Fist Plates and to have her memory wiped. The Hariyama that brought her to Team Rocket became her mentor, but any past kinship she had towards the Pikachu seems to be gone.
