ORIGIN STORY
A Solinox is a humanoid being with an Aura Smoke that is constantly with them. This Aura Smoke also gives a Solinox the ability to wield a weapon OR item that is made out of said smoke. A Solinox's life and powers are held within a crystal sun marking, placed somewhere on their bodies.
Solinox can come in many forms of a humanoid. They can be: fully human, angels, demons, kemonomimis, androids (as long as they appear humanoid), dolls, and many more! Solinox can have wings, horns, tails, satyr/animal legs, multiple eyes/limbs, doll bodies, robotic parts, animal features, and many more varieties. The only true requirements are their species traits and being humanoid.
Solinox are a closed species, but they can live wherever they want. When a Solinox is born, they are born from space and adapt to the atmosphere of where they land. If they land on Earth, they will adapt to the Earth's atmosphere. If they land on Jupiter, they will adapt to Jupiter's atmosphere.
Solinox are not bound to each other, essentially. They do not need one another to survive. They are very adaptable to other environments, and are adaptable to other societies.
RARITIES & AURA SMOKE
A Solinox is, essentially, born from a sun/star in space. They can be born from any kind of star. However, there are 3 main rarities: Regular, Regal, and Legacy. This is because of how Solinox develop after their birth, gaining traits that can appear rarer than others, or only gaining the ones on every Solinox.
Regular Solinox wield the same traits as all Solinox, but nothing more and nothing less. They are the most commonly spotted, as they are just average in comparison to the others.
Regal Solinox are said to be blessed with newfound abilities and traits that Regular Solinox did not gain as they grew up. They are not that common, but not that rare. It's safe to say they're pretty uncommon in the world, but not impossible to find.
Legacy Solinox are by far the hardest to spot in the world, as they gained abilities and traits that are so rare to obtain. They are seen as superior and are often analyzed and worshipped for their uniqueness.
A Solinox's Aura Smoke can differ depending on the Solinox's rarity and what kind of traits they gained.
Regular Solinox's Aura Smoke appears normal, smoke-like and can be any color. It remains smokey and does not have other attributes to it.
Regal Solinox's Aura Smoke can appear with things floating in it or can appear like shiny, sparkly, or textured, but it remains smokey.
Legacy Solinox's Aura Smoke can appear in nearly any kind of way. It can be made of other elements, such as water, black matter, or light, and can be nearly anything your heart desires.
ANIMAL SPECIES
A Solinox can either be humanoid, angelic, demonic, or have kemonomimi traits! Mammal kemonomimis, like cats, dogs, and wolves, are all considered Regular and quite common to find among the species.
Aquatic kemonomimis, like sea serpents, are all considered Regal and are pretty uncommon to find!
Mythical kemonomimis, like sea hydras, mermaids, unicorns, dragons, or centaurs, are all considered Legacy and are very hard to find.
Angel and demon Solinox are Regal, they can exist but not commonly!
WEAPONS/ITEMS
A Solinox's Aura Smoke can be manipulated to transform into various weapons, items, and shapes! Each Solinox has a designated weapon or item, which is the main thing they're capable of summoning! In rarer cases, a Solinox can summon other items or weapons aside from their designated one, but it's much tougher and drains a lot of their energy.
Any Solinox is capable of creating almost any item, some examples being: wings, teddy bears, daggers, swords, or anything that is non-living!
Legacy Solinox are capable of creating more unique things, like: living animals, living monsters, living familiars, or anything alive for that matter! If a Solinox's Aura Smoke is alive, it often has it's own personality and can move on it's own. It can even summon itself if it wants to be out!
A Solinox's weapon or item is tangible once summoned, and can vanish instantly if the Solinox wishes to get rid of it. When summoned, it will feel like it is real! For example, it would be as sharp as a dagger or as plush as a stuffed animal. It will feel real, despite it being made of Aura Smoke.
SOLIRIUMS
A Solirium is a mythical crystal that blesses a Solinox once they are born, harboring their powers. They are, essentially, a Solinox's main source of life. Soliriums are quite powerful when it comes to being both durable and strong with their capabilites. It's quite difficult to damage a Solirium to the point of harming the Solinox connected to said crystal, but it is not impossible. It may seem very unethical, but Soliriums are quite sought out for by people who do not care about the Solinox species.
OPTIONAL TRAITS
Sometimes Solinox can obtain genes that aren't traited by rarity! This means, any Solinox can have them no matter what rarity they are! Some examples would be: their Solirium spreading past the original sun shape, their Solirium glowing in the dark, having feathered or bat wings, have crystallized formations on their skin, having crystallized limbs, and more!
Some other things that are untraited are: prosthetic limbs, prosthetic eyes, having multiple eyes, having body modifications, having a split tongue, having black sclera, having inhuman fangs, and more!
