Haru Town

Haru Town
Overview
Eternal Cherry Blossoms.

'Heaven' Some might call it, as the sakura trees bloom year-round. A small, quiet township lays beneath the Shrine to the Cherry Blossom Kami herself. One would think that such a place would be more lively, however the residents do not care for fame our tourism; the elderly population would rather have their peace, and as such the town is a well-known secret.

The town's true name has been lost to time as well, newer generations dubbing it 'Haru Town', a reference to it's seemingly never-ending Spring.

Landmarks
Konosakuya Shrine
The Cherry-Blossom Goddess's Abode.
A small shrine that has surely seen better days. It sits atop the town, and is guarded by two lion-dog statues.

Kira Kira Dagashi
May you always return.
'Candy has the power to unite all' an old man repeats from behind the counter of a small traditonal-sweets based shop that he and his wife runs. A business venture they fell into in old age; his only wish is to see the bright eyes of his grandchildren when they visit from the city. Of course they are happy to meet any new visitor...

Sengen River
A place of reflection.
A powerful river rushes down the side of the mountain. A small bank from the side of the township lines the river, a popular place for people both young and old to stop by and gaze at the river as the sun sets. Festivals are also held here often by the shrine.
