Looming over much of Midtown Hinode lays a series of tall apartment buildings named 'Inabikiri Flats'. With boastful views of both Downtown and Historic Hinode to the south side, and Mount Sakatoke to the north, people often marvel at those lucky enough to live in the modern-highrise.

Who owns the building is a mystery, however there are rumors that, due to it's oppulance (when compared to the buildings around it) it is owned by the City's Guardian Tiger themself... However that's just a saying as the tiger doesn't actually exist.

Flats consist of rooms bigger than an average apartment in neighbouring cities, along with floor-to-ceiling windows..
