1. Slumberkin are a closed species, please do not make your own without a MYO slot. That said, I will not yell at you if you have made something similar by coincidence. Taking inspiration from the species is also allowed as long as it’s not a 1:1 ripoff
2. Guilt-tripping, bullying/harassment, and bigotry will not be tolerated. Use your manners and common sense.
3. You must have a toyhouse account in order to own a slumberkin.
4. A slumberkin created with a MYO slot can be traded for anything or resold for any amount, even if the MYO slot was free. I do not want to put heavy limits on something that you made yourself. Adoptables may have restrictions on trading/reselling depending on the artist’s TOS.
5. That said, an undesigned MYO slot cannot be sold for more than what it was bought for.
6. There are no heavy limits on redesigns, however the character should still be recognizable, and you shouldn’t add higher rarity traits or change subtype without an item.
7. A slumberkin design should not be heavily based on an existing character from media or a real person. Inspiration is ok, but should not be obvious. You are of course allowed to make a slumberkin version of an existing OC (with permission from the designer if you did not design it yourself)
8. Slumberkin cannot be co-owned.
9. Slumberkin can be voided but please let me know
Banned users will not be listed publically.
If you are banned, your slumberkin will not be taken from you and you do not have to change their designs.
