Catxolotls
are a mix between an Axolotl and a Cat!
They will always possess, at minimum, cat ears, a tail and 3 pairs of Axolotl nubs.
They can vary in whether the nubs are frilled, finned or bare, whether the tail is a cats tail or an axolotls tail, and in some cases their lower body is fully tail.
They can also possess human forms, which also feature the same ears, nubs and tail as their Catxolotl form.
They are fun little creatures who may live on land, in water, or both - Their anatomy will typically reflect their habitat as such, with the tail type taking prominence for movement. (All Catxolotls are capable of breathing underwater or walking on land, but these indicate their habitat preferences!)
Catxolotls are not currently run like a closed species, and can be converted into any species or taken out of the 'Catxolotl' identity by their owners if desired.
