Succubuds are a parasite based species. Fungal buds have over taken their bodies, causing them to mutate and grow infectious patches all through their leg area. They wear bracelet or neck monitors so that the fungi don't spread. Originally, the fungi was suppose to turn their legs into roots, though the process stops whenever they're given a monitor to wear. The monitor can also inject them with medication, helping relieve any kind of pain or illness that the parasite gives.

The parasite took over their brain, causing their face to split half way, creating a whole separate mouth. Succubuds are able to control their bodies, but again, this is due to the monitors.
