Kluftroses are the main playable race in the world and the most common playable characters. Although perhaps not the most common species in the magical world, they are the most prominently mentioned.

Encompassing all other creatures in Amaryllis other than wilds, Amaryllians are descendants of other mythical creatures that do not fit into the Kluftrose category. They are however just as important, intelligent and capable as Kluftroses.

Current playable species include: Breezepups, Nileons, Stoatcicles and Owlbears. However, other species and hybrids also exist across the continent.

Amaryllis itself is a world alive with magic and mystery.

Home to many, the world is parallel to Earth (set in the 1880s with influences of Victorian England) and serves as a refuge and alternate dimension for mythological creatures that were hunted and otherwise exploited while on Earth. Amaryllis is the reason why mythical and/or intelligent creatures other than humans no longer appear on Earth with the rare exception and sighting occurring when an Amaryllian bravely ventures onto the hostile planet.
