1. Making a Crystallian?
   • Crystallians are apart of a Closed Species so you need an MYO slot and proof of slot to design one then have it approved.
   • MYO Slot? An MYO stands for Make Your Own and you can get these through MYO Events. (these are typically posted on Deviantart and the Crystallian Discord but now will be posted on Toyhou.se) 
2. MYO Approval.
   • To get your MYO approved just note the group on Deviantart or post them to the MYO Approval Channel on Discord.
3. Banned? How'd I get Banded for the Crystallian group?
   • The only way to get banned from the group is stealing others designs or claiming the species as your own.
   • Selling/Trading our groups RPG currency (CC) for real money. That is not allowed! (We don't even sell it)

FAQ

• Where do crystallians live?

  • Crystallians don't have a specific place that they reside. They are creatures that love to travel from place to place. Though they will eventually settle down if they find a particular area that needs work. They build little huts out of sticks, leaves, or anything that is around them. Some Crystallians like to sleep up in the trees, or they simply try to find a cozy animal buddy that's friendly enough to let them sleep on their fur. But this doesn't mean that they won't travel in groups! they are very friendly and social creatures.
    There's only one place that there's know Crystallians staying and that's at the base of the Crystal Tree; it is one of the most concentrated forms of magic. Crystallians have a natural draw to the area so it's nearly impossible for them to forget how to get there. But not very many of them stay despite being born there (Crystallians can be born just about anywhere).

• Can Crystallians fall in love/have relationships?

  • Yes, they can. If they become affectionate towards another Crystallian, there are three things they might do to express their love between each other: Cross horns, Get matching markings, intertwine tails or traveling together.

• So...Can they wear shoes or not?

  • Yes, they can. But shoes cut their lifespan short so it is not recommended.

• How many Crystallians can I make?

  • As many as you want as long as you have a MYO slot! And remember that if you want to use any Mythical traits or get a Magic rune, then you do have to pay for those add-ons.

• Can they keep pets?

  • Yes but only during an even! But being friendly to animals and taking care of them is part of a Crystallian's job. Most Crystallians prefer not to keep pets, but it really depends on their personality.
  • But to have a pet officially that stays by your Crystallians side there's an event for that so keep your eyes open!

• Do Crystallians eat?

  • Crystallians eat berries, seeds, herbs, or flower petals. Their bodies do not require heavy meals since it mostly consists of the crystal’s energy to live.

• Are there any physical differences in gender, such as a female having breasts, etc.?

  • They do not have genitals or nipples.  They can have breast though, whatever makes your Crystallian more comfortable! But there 'breast' but they will just be skin, muscle, and tissue.

• Do they bleed/have bones/organs/etc.?

  • Generation 1 Crystallians, do not bleed but can feel pain and they do have bones/organs. Nothing can happen to a Crystallian's body as long as the crystal itself is not damaged. so if you want to kill/hurt a Crystallian, then you have to shatter the crystal. If they crack their crystal because of some fall/accident, the Crystallian will be in pain for a little while until the crystal regenerates itself.
    (but if you want to draw pastel gore of your crystallian that's ok)
  • Generation 2 Crystallians, do bleed, feel pain and they do have bones/organs. A Crystallian's body can scar and bleed to keep its form and protect there Crystal. If their crystal itself is not damaged they can receive permanent damage or heavy scaring. So if you want to kill/hurt a Crystallian, then you have to shatter the crystal but the Crystallian will not let the happen easily! If they crack their crystal because of some fall/accident, the Crystallian will be in pain for a little while until the crystal regenerates itself. Crystallians blood is the same as humans.

• Can they use wands, staff, ext?

  • YES! Crystallians can use anything as a way to 'director' their magic.

• Crystal coloring Question: What if i shade my crystal with multiple colors to give it a more realistic/painted look? Would this cause any confusion in the rarity of the crystal even if it's supposed to just be a common/uncommon?

  • Yes, you can shade your Crystallians Crystal any way you'd like and there's no need to worry about lighting, shading or overlays slightly changing how it appears! Just make sure its mark the correct rarity in your myo reference picture or description!

• Are Mythical traits and Mystic traits the same?

  • No, Mystic traits are different form Mythical!
  • Mystic are purple. You can have mutable Mystic Traits but only 1 Mythical.

• Can the Crystallians have patterns?

  • Yes! Their tails can have any type of pattern or color. Patterns can be on the insides or outsides of there ears is and you can give them body tattoos/markings/make up/paint and such!

• Can the crystals have patterns?

  • There Crystal can't have any patterns but they can have painted-on patterns.

• For the gem on their back, does it have to be so big or can we make it smaller?

  • (Generation 1) It can be a little smaller but no smaller than there torso and no larger than 2x there height
  • (Generation 2) This depends on the rarity of there MYO slot

• Design Question: I have a Mythical trait that lets me give my Crystallian bits of Crystal on there body, can the crystals be in chunks and shards. Like is there a size limitation?

  • Both types of crystals work but i guess don't make them bigger than there hands?

• Follow Up Design Question: Would I be able to put the shards on there face or does it absolutely have to be on there arms/legs only?

  • No, the shards can be anywhere on their body

• Are more masculine body types okay? Are beefy boys okay?

  • Yes every body shape is welcome

• I know it says freckles, skin markings & spots are okay but can those be a different color or do they need to be a skin ton as well?

  • The markings can be any color but the markings can't be covering more than %50 of their body

• Are crystallians allowed to wear accessories around their horns?

  • Yes, your crystallian can have horn accessories!

• Monthly Prompt Question: Are we allowed to draw more than one prompts?

  • Yep, you can draw any or all the prompts, we want to give everyone options!

• How tall are they again?

  • About 5-8inches

• World Status?

  • Crystallians are an Accessible World/Open Universe Species
  • Crystallians are like this because they can travel through portals made my 'Mother' or special Crystallians to travel anywhere!

• Do Crystallians have Digi graded legs/Anthro/Animal or normal human legs?

  • Normal Crystallians have human legs (unless they have a mutation or corruption)

• Is there a base we can use for our MYOs?

  • There isn't a base just for Crystallian but you are free to use any base you'd like! Just make sure you leave credit

• Is there a place to track my Crystallians inventory?

  • No, we leave that up to you but you can use Toyhou.se, Deviantarts Stash, Deviantart Journals, or an online word document.
    (as long as if need our admins can check them or your buying things from the store)

• Can my Crystallian have more than one color in there hair or tail?

  • Yes! There is no hair/tail color restrictions

• Can I uses (tiny) gears or clocks to give my Crystallian a more steampunk look?

  • Yes! Just make sure you keep them small

• Can my Crystallian have facial hair, jewelry, and/or piercings?

  • Yes, Crystallians can grow facial hair, wear jewelry and have facial piercings. 

• Where the crystal shows up on the Crystallian?

  • Every Crystallian has a crystal and there commonly carries on there back.

• Can I gift my MYO slots?

  • You can regift or trade MYO slots bought with cc or won through Events but you can't resell them!

• How can I get unlisted/Undiscovered Traits?

  • Unlisted/Undiscovered Traits are only available through Adopts or Customs (or maybe in the future in events) 

• Generation 1 & Generation 2 Traits?

• Witch Generation Traits should I use?

  • Easy, if you received an MYO slot before May 1st, 2020 your MYO slot is for Generation 1. If you received an MYO slot after May 1st, 2020 then its a Generation 2 MYO slot. DO NOT mix theses traits while making you MYO!
