Redesign/Edit Guide

Necrobie Editing Guide

Welcome to the Necrobie editing guide!
In this guide you will be incated what is okay to edit, what you can edit with and without an item and/or what you need to edit to remove a Necrobie design from the species.

We will keep this as simple and resumed as possible so please make sure to read everything in this page since it's very important to make your edits faster to approve!

Depending on the type of edit you want to do, please go to the proper place:

Redesigning a Necrobie

Please make sure to give this a read so we can get all edits approved faster and more efficiently!
All redesign cases are singular, please remember that when sending in your redesign!
This is also a basic redesign guideline and does not account for shop threads or roulette winnings!

Things you can add/change without notification:

▪ Adding freckles/vitiligo.
▪ Changing the hair style or color.
▪ Change the skin color.
▪ Giving the Necrobie an outfit.
▪ Change the gender of your Necrobie.

Things you can't edit without the use of items:

▪ Changing a trait even within the same rarity or highter/lower rarity.
▪ Adding a trait without using a Mythic Thread or Loot box.
▪ Removing a trait without using a Loot box.
▪ Basically, add, remove or change anything trait related without the use of items.

Things you can edit but you need notificate us:

▪ Editing some colors.
▪ Editing/Changing the traits of a Necrobie by using a item.
▪ Adding/Removing a pattern OR altering a pattern. (For big edits or complete pattern changes, you need to use a Pattern Paint.)
▪ Moving around the placement of facial eyes.
▪ Moving the placement of halos.

These can't be done all at the same time.
Please remember Necrobies must be 50% similar to the original design AT ALL STAGES or they will be turned down!

Edits are capable of being made but there will only be one edit (one major or more than three minor) allowed per session.
There will be a cool down period between major edits.

We request you wait at least 2 weeks of having the Necrobie before sending it in for major redesign changes.
Minor changes are just fine, but please wait at least a full week or two of having the Necrobie before changing it!

We also ask that in the case the discussion doesn't go in the way you want to please keep discussion civil with the admin in question.

REMOVING A MYO MADE NECROBIE

This is in the case of if you want to remove a Necrobie from the species.
This has been something in the adoptable TOS, which is always located at the top of all adoptable descriptions but we will explain that process right now for you  just in case this is something you decide. We understand inspirations sways, and this character is indeed yours!

But within our species and our TOS we do have some requests!
In the event you wish to remove a MYO Necrobie please message NecrobieNetwork so we can discontinue it from the masterlist account.
Files will remain for note keeping on our part on the masterlist, but, they will be labeled out of use within the species.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IF YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO USE THE DESIGN AS A NECROBIE AGAIN, THAT PARTICULAR NECROBIE IS NO LONGER IN USE AND CAN NOT BE REVIVED AS A NECROBIE. ONCE ITS DISCONTINUED, IT REMAINS DISCONTINUED IN ALL WAYS! SO THINK CAREFULLY!

You may make the MYO Necrobie:

▪ A Personal OC
▪ Another closed or open species
▪ A commercial OC
▪ Whatever you want, really!

REMOVING A OFFICIAL MADE NECROBIE

In the event you wish to remove an Admin Made or Official Adopt Necrobie (Official adopt meaning it was made by an Admin/Mod/Guest Artist) please message the masterlist ( NecrobieNetwork ) so we can as well discontinue it.

You may make the Official Necrobie:

▪ A Personal OC
▪ Non Commercial OC

Admin made Necrobies are designed by admins on this team, with Necrobies in mind. Which is why we request it not be made into something commercially sold. This includes someone else closed/semi-open(open species or your own closed species.

These events are listed in our T.O.S, but in that event we warn blacklisting will occur. We withhold our T.O.S to the best of our abilities!
We of course do not assume any of you would try this! But, this information is needed!

When messaging NecrobieNetwork, you must include both the masterlist link file of the Necrobie and at least a sketch of what you intent to do with the Necrobie when it's out of the species. We won't accept messages for a removal without the required sketch of the new design.

This is for us to compare to make sure none of the key Necrobie features are there! This isn't to heckle or rush anyone. None of our team will ever have any ill will or feelings to anyone who wants to remove their characters from the species.

But be mindful, as stated before the Admins/Mods have full right to end conversation if the discussion gets aggressive or nasty if our rules do not fit into your desires. We're here to help you, but only if you allow us!
