Hunting Style: Though anyone in the Isle of Roses is technically allowed to hunt, they generally are discouraged from doing so unless they really, sincerely have nothing else to do for their own role. This is because, in the Isle of Roses, the Hunters and Huntresses are specifically tasked with, as their name suggests, hunting. The entire point of their ranking is for them to make sure there is enough prey gathered for the pride, as no one is to go hungry.
The Hunters and Huntresses then have a choice of how they would like to hunt: some opt to hunt in groups, while others simply hunt alone. There is no official way for them to do it. Generally, a lion looking to take down bigger prey will gather a group together, sometimes incorporating Soldiers or other members of the pride as well if they aren't busy, while a lion just looking to get a lot of small creatures will go alone. For example, Haraka is very quick-tempered and so doesn't often get along with many of her pridemates, so she is almost always hunting by herself. Kusafiri just tends to keep to himself, so he will often hunt alone, but has on occasion hunted in a group, especially if Maji is a part of it. On the other hand, Tenga gets along very well with most of the pride and enjoys the company of others, so she is most frequently found hunting in a group or hunting small prey with a partner.
