Mausoleum ToS
- The world of Mausoleum and its connected species are considered "closed"- you may not make your own without an MYO ticket. These are available via sales, but also community events and games! This TH world; bulletins on mozaik, and our discord server are the main hubs- and for sales as well. Sales will still be cross-posted, but due to Eclipse, dA will be used very infrequently.
- Please check your MYO with me before uploading them! The fastest way is currently our discord server, but I check TH pretty frequently. Feel free to post WIPs wherever you like.
- I'd appreciate if MYO designs are credited with me (mozaik) as creator and you/the artist as designer; don't worry about if you forget or prefer them switched, though. Since there's no masterlist, TH's built-in crediting system are proof of approval.
- Please read my adopt ToS. By participating in this community and/or owning any of the Mausoleum species, whether MYO or official, you agree to follow them. Thank you!
- There is no masterlist for Hanahakisou or Papercuts. Logging ownership transfers is not required nor officiated- however, please do not delete and reupload designs if you are not the original owner. The profile itself and its transfer history serves as your proof of ownership and validity.

Mausoleum FAQ
Q. There's quite a lot to take in here, text-wise.
A. I.. I'm working on it... (T_T) it's messy in part because I'm figuring things out as I go, but all lore pages will eventually be changed to a more visual and less wordy format. And also coded nicely,,Aaaaah
Q. Does Mausoleum have a minimum age requirement?
A. The discord server and ARPG are 16+ only, but as long as you're over 13 (i.e. TH's age rule), you can certainly own/obtain designs ^^.
Q. How do I join Mausoleum?
A. Feel free to join the TH world/server even if you don't own any of the related CS! MYO slots and premades are available via sales, but also through community events, games, and the Shard Shop. These are hosted exclusively on TH and discord; which one depends on the format. Mausoleum is in the format it is precisely because I enjoy the community aspect of CS, so these will (hopefully) be frequent!
MYO pricing:
- Papercuts / Regular - $20; Rare - $25 - Memorial - ?? (not normally available)
- Hanahakisou / $25 (species has no rarity tiers)
- Parhelions - ?? (MYOs will be mainly available via gameplay; sales will be in very limited numbers or possibly offered in trades on a case-by-case basis)
Q. Is Mausoleum on dA?
A. Yes... and no. Somewhat. As of 5/20/20, I will be using dA very infrequently if at all; sales will be cross-posted there, but TH/discord are our main hubs. There is no dA group.
Q. Do I have to follow the lore?
A. Nope, it's optional; only the visual trait guidelines are required to be followed :) Feel free to pick and choose parts of it to follow, or interpret the lore "creatively"- it's your character, so please feel free to think of Mausoleum as a mutable sandbox. There is an overarching storyline to the Mausoleum world that is slowly revealed in expansions- these will often coincide with new species; updates to existing CS; etc. As of May 2020, roughly 1/3 of planned content is released.
The 3rd, and main Mausoleum species will be released sometime in late 2020, along with the remaining lore and the world's official transition to a storied ARPG. Characters actively participating in the ARPG must comply with lore, however AUs are totally fine.
Q. Lore-wise, does canon compliance render anything not in the Mausoleum setting an AU? What do the CS have to do with the Mausoleum gods??
A. Lore-wise: yes... and no! (Canonically speaking.) This, as well as the gods & their significance to the CS, will be addressed in the update. In the meantime, please think of the Mausoleum gods as entirely separate, or distantly connected, legendary ancestors of sorts.
Q. Can I discontinue my design (void from the CS)?
A. No, sorry. Using their lore is entirely optional, but when trading off a design, the new owner must be made aware that it is part of a CS.
Q. Is commercial usage of my [Mausoleum CS] allowed?
A. I allow my designs to be used commercially if AB'd or purchased at a set price (where applicable). This includes CS, however this applies to the design only- lore may not be referenced or used. If your design is an MYO not made by you, please don't forget to check with the artist as well! My regular ToS applies as well.
Q. Co-ownership?
A. Feel free! Though please consider co-owners very carefully; I will not get involved should things go sour. Partial ownership is not transferrable except to another current co-owner(s).
Q. I'm interested in helping out/being a guest artist/admin/mod/etc!
A. Thank you so much ; A ;! GA apps are more or less always open- please see here for details. At this time I am not seeking admins or mods, though depending on if Mausoleum's community grows, this may change.
