For most of the species lifespan, Angelfish lived undisturbed on Llyr. One day, 40 years ago, a man landed on Llyr and seeing how advanced Angelfish as a species were, decided to teach them the ways of modern life. He brought spacetravel, advanced computers, economy, and more. This sudden introduction of new-age technology splintered Angelfish into two communities. One adopted this new way of life, helping form Llyr into a tourist hotspot with casinos, hotels, restaurants, and more. The other one kept the old, tribal ways of Llyr, living with minimal technology and creating whatever they need using materials from the enviroment.
