Flurofaun Terms of Service

MYO - Make-your-own. An acronym for a slot or ticket that gives you permission to make one Flurofaun. Must follow the MYO Guide rules.
FTO - First-Time Owner. An acronym for someone who has never owned a Flurofaun before.
Strike - When a user behaves in a way that goes against the species T.O.S, a strike is recorded against them. A user may incur three strikes before being banned.

Flurofauns are a closed species [CS] made by BethyBooth. They do not claim to own any individual trait or idea within Flurofauns, but rather the concept as a whole.
You may not make a Flurofaun without specific permission from BethyBooth or a MYO slot.
Discontiunation of a Flurofaun from the species is allowed, but please see "Voiding" in the Trading, Reselling, and Voiding section.
Bullying, begging, stealing, harrassment etc are not tolerated within the Flurofaun community. Please report incidents to BethyBooth or group moderators.
For tracking purposes, you must have either a Deviantart or Toyhou.se account. Accounts must be at least one month old.
Flurofauns are an 18+ species. Minors found to be in any Flurofaun groups will be removed. If a minor comes into possession of a Flurofaun, their design will be voided from the species.
Behaving against this T.O.S may earn you either a strike (of which up to three are recorded) or a ban. It is up to moderator discretion how each infraction is handled.
Lore is optional.

Payment is required within 48 hours of payment information being provided. Failure to do so may result in the next bidder/claimer being given the adopt or slot.
Refunds are not provided. You may trade/resell adopts or slots.
Chargebacks may earn you a ban.
Payment plans are not offered for MYO slots.
Individual artists may allow payment plans, and you are expected to follow their specific set of rules if they offer them.
It is your responsibility to follow the individual artist's rules/T.O.S when purchasing an adopt from them.

Flurofauns that are not on the masterlist are not valid Flurofauns.
You are responsible for updating the masterlist after a Flurofaun is traded. The current owner must contact BethyBooth through the account listed on the masterlist.
Always ask for a Flurofaun's masterlist link when trading or reselling to help avoid being scammed.
MYO slots cannot be sold for full-resale price plus addons. Only trade, partial resale plus addons, or full resale are allowed.
MYO slots that were received for free (i.e. through trading) cannot be resold.
Flurofauns currently have no limit on resale price, but you should check the masterlist for the original sale price.
Flurofauns can always be traded or gifted.
Voiding designs you own and designed yourself is completely allowed, just get in touch so BethyBooth can fix the masterlist. Voiding is discouraged for official/guest artist Flurofaun designs, and it is highly preferred that they are instead resold or traded within the community. Please contact BethyBooth directly about voiding your Flurofaun.

MYO slot prices are 16USD for a Regular Slot and 24USD for a Unique Slot.
Paypal and Deviantart points are accepted forms of payment for a MYO slot. Prompt points can also be used to purchase MYO slots through the Flurofaun shop.
Flurofaun MYO slots are only obtainable through events. Event types include:
- FCFS [first come first serve]: Events with a limited number of slots available. The first people to submit their forms will be the first to get them. Event ends when slots run out.
- Raffle: Events with a limited number of slots. All entrants will receive a number and slots will be raffled using a random number generator. Payment required after slot is won.
- Unlimited: Events with unlimited slots, but instead have a time limit. All forms submitted within the time frame will get a slot.
Purchased MYO slots may be resold, traded, or gifted. Please message BethyBooth so the slot tracker can be updated.
MYO slots obtained for free may not be resold.

FTO's may get a 30% discount when purchasing a MYO slot.
When claiming a slot, state that you're a FTO to get this discount.
If you haven't owned a Flurofaun for four [4] months, you are considered a FTO again.
If you're found to be lying when your FTO status is checked, you will incur a strike.

Prompt points can be earned by participating in monthly prompts and certain special events. Prompt points are kept track of in the Prompt Point Tracker.
Prompt points cannot be sold or traded, but may be gifted.
Prompt points can be spent in Flurofaun item shops to obtain upgrades for your Flurofaun.
Items cannot be sold, but may be gifted or traded.
