Hello everyone! I posted a poll about this in the official discord a week or so ago, but I figured I should also make an announcement here as well!

From now on, All Minor Nemia are semi-open to make for new and existing members of this world or the discord, in the hopes that this will promote activity within the species! These freely made Nemia can have 1 mod and 1 mut respectively but cannot use any restricted traits. Like all Minor Nemia they are limited to one animal for the host body species and it must be a real animal or an extinct one. (I.E dinos are fine) Things like small fish or invetribrates are restricted to Mechanical Artifice, but these are also free to make!

Freely made myos cannot be made to be sold without my permission first, but can be made for personal use or for your friends provided they are in the discord or this world. All freely made myos must be approved before they will be considered official. You can check you myo in #myo-approval in discord or by posting a comment with your Nemia's reference image and traits to this FORUM. All approved myo's will be accepted into the character folder and uploaded to NemiaML

The list of mutations or Modifications these freely made Nemia can have will be listed here:

Mutations/Modifications:
A  Nemia artifice may have a modified shield or mutate it's host body upon  being pact bound. Refer to the following for acceptable additions to a  Nemia Artifice.

Mutations: anything that a nemia may add or create on it's host body when bound.
extra eyes on body (up to 3 sets) - any color, placement or shape allowed, as this is a part of the Nemia core that manifests on the host's body
small Crystal accents on body (up to 10%) - small crystals, gems or minerals that form on a Nemia's body. Usually associated with earth or fire related elements.
Large crystal growth on body (up to 50%) -The same as the above but more dense/clustered or entirely covering a limb or body part.
Fungi growth (on body up to 10%) -Small fungus and mushrooms that grow in the body/fur or flesh of the host body.
Fungi growth on body (up to 50%) - Clustered groups of fungus that may overtake larger portions of the host body. This does not impact the Nemia.
Plant  growth on body (10-50%) -plants or groups of them growing on the Nemia.  Sustained by the Nemia's magic like other organic mutations.
Feathers  on body (up to 25%) - Any color/type of feathers one would find on  natural animals. These may be tinted by the Nemia's magic.
Fish scales on Body. (Up to 25%) - small fish or reptilian scales that grow in patches or sporadically on the host.
Glowing patches on body. (up to 10%) - bio-luminescent patches of hide, tiny mineral patches, bacteria etc that produce a glow.
Visible eldritch parts - The Nemia's true nature overtakes the host body and makes it more unnatural then usual. Slimy, oily, fleshy etc.
 Heraldic tail - A unicorn like tail. Long and fluffy! Great for pretending your horse is something cooler.


Modifications:
Modifications are anything added to a Nemia that is inorganic in nature.

Extra eyes on shield (up to 3 sets)  -Sculpted  or otherwise added eyes on the Shield. Sometimes just metal,  other-times they are actually eyes added by the Nemia core.
Unicorn horn (on Shield) -  a glass or ornamental addition made to mimic the horn of a unicorn.  Great for pretending your horse is something cooler or just stabbing  your enemies.
small Crystal accents on shield (up to 10%) - finely cut gems or minerals that are added to enhance the beauty of a shield.
Large crystal growth on shield (up to 50%)  - wild growth of crystals/gems/minerals that overtake part of the shield.
Small metal Filigree wings (On body) - small flourish-type leaves or petals that almost look like wings. 
Large metal filigree wings - larger flourish-type leaves or petals that almost look like wings.
Metal tail cap - add a metal cap to the tail to hit your enemies with!
Halberd Metal tail cap - add a blade :)
trident Metal tail cap  - stabbing power +3
ring Metal Tail cap - useful for attaching flags, lights, chains, tapestries or whatever else to a Nemia's tail.

Free to add mutations/modifications:
anything listed below can be added to a Nemia myo for free.

Glass accents or sculptural additions. (Horns, mirrors, facets)
Enamel accents (on shield or other metal components) - Enammeling types - wikipedia link
Bone (skull pieces, antlers, misc parts) -add whole or portions of bones to a Nemia for the spooky factor.
Tinting (to host body. No more they 50% altered. Changes fur/feather/scale color to Shield accent color)

In addition to this change, I also welcome members to suggest new mutations, modifiers or traits for the species! Please provide a sketch of the mut/mod/trait for me to review. Any I add to the list will be give to you for free to apply to one of your current or future nemia.

Another thing I've decided on is that all Nemia artifice, regardless of their class, may shapeshift their form. They may appear as mostly human (with some trait showing they are a nemia) or as an anthro, or anywhere inbetween that and their natural form!
