SPECIBLOOM TERM OF SERVICE

Any instances of breaching our terms must be reported to us without delay. We hold violations in high regard and will take the necessary measures to preserve
the safety and uprightness of our species. We would like to express our gratitude for your assistance in preserving a constructive and secure community.
Do not look for loopholes in our terms of service, as they are designed to protect both you and the rest of the Specibloom community. We understand that
mistakes can happen, and we are committed to working with our users to resolve any issues that may arise.

i. Trading and Selling Speciblooms:
Following the acquisition of a Specibloom through trade or adoption, there is a mandatory cool-down period of 14 days before one can engage in trading
activities. During this time, the Specibloom cannot be sold or exchanged.
It is strictly prohibited to trade or sell Speciblooms for a price higher than their original purchase value. However, if a high-quality artwork is obtained via commissioned
services or created by the owner themselves, it may enhance the value of the design. Notwithstanding, any requests or gifts received cannot increase in value.
Speciblooms may be traded for characters outside of the species of similar worth, but this must be done with the approval of the party involved and must not violate any community guidelines.
- Potential owners who accept a Specibloom trade for their character are thereby bound to follow the regulations outlined in the terms of service.
Scamming members will not be tolerated and will result in immediate suspension. It is important to note that any attempts to manipulate the trading system or deceive
other members will be met with strict consequences. The community is built on trust and mutual respect, and any actions that undermine this foundation will not be tolerated.
Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that Speciblooms are meant to be a fun and creative way to express oneself within the community. They should not be
used as a means of profit or personal gain.
Guilt-tripping members into trading Speciblooms or pressuring them to give up their characters is also not allowed.
ii. Adoptables:
Only members of staff or those who possess the appropriate authorization may create species adoptables. It is crucial to note that any unauthorized species adoptables
will be removed, and will not be acknowledged as part of the species, and will fall under ripoffs, and their creators may face consequences.
Moreover, when adopting a Specibloom, read and follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the creator. This includes any restrictions they have on selling the
adoptable, respecting the original creator's vision for the design, and not making significant changes without their permission. See our redesign terms below for further information.
MYOs cannot be used to create adoptables.
iii. Masterlist:
The masterlist was created to reduce the possibility of theft of Speciblooms or scamming of unofficial species designs. All Speciblooms must
be registered on the masterlist. It is the responsibility of the creator to log any new Speciblooms they create so the staff can verify and add them to the masterlist.
Any Speciblooms found without a masterlist entry may be considered stolen and will be removed. Please make sure to have your Specibloom added to the Specibloom's world as well.

iv. Warning System:
Specibloom World implements a warning system consisting of three strikes. In the event of a breach of regulations, a user will receive a warning. Upon
accumulating three warnings, the user will be subject to a ban from the species. It is hereby stated that in the event of an individual being subjected to
a ban, all Speciblooms associated with said individual shall be rendered null and void. These Speciblooms will subsequently be placed in a public
sanctuary. Individuals who have been banned are precluded from engaging in any species-related activities or events, as well as from
making offers on any Speciblooms.
After a minimum of two months, the banned person is allowed to send an appeal to the Specibloom World administration team.
The appeal will be reviewed, and a decision will be made as to whether or not the ban will be lifted. The decision of the administration team is final and
cannot be contested. It is important to note that any attempt to circumvent the ban will result in further consequences.
We have the right to ban and blacklist anyone who violates the terms and conditions of Specibloom World. This includes but is not
limited to individuals who engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, or violate the intellectual property rights
of others, in addition to retaining the ability to revoke any character owned by the suspended individual.
Some violations will result in an immediate suspension and/or a permanent one, depending on the severity of the act.
Members of the species are prohibited from trading, selling, or otherwise giving blacklisted members access to Speciblooms. Any violation of
this rule will result in the immediate suspension of the individual responsible.
v. Community Respect:
We expect all members of the Specibloom World community to treat each other with respect and dignity. Harassment, hate speech, and
discrimination will not be tolerated. This includes any actions or language that are deemed offensive or harmful towards another individual's race, gender,
orientation, religion, or nationality. Any violation of this rule will result in an immediate suspension.
Furthermore, we expect the following:
- Honesty and Transparency: Members must be truthful and transparent in all their interactions within the Specibloom World community. Any attempt to deceive or mislead other members will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or permanent expulsion from the community.
- Responsible Use of Resources: All members are expected to use Specibloom World resources responsibly. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bases, materials, and accessible content.
- Intellectual Property Rights: We also expect members to respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use copyrighted materials without permission.
- Drama-free Place: Keep all drama that does not involve our species outside and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards other members.
- Do not mini-mod and leave important questions to the staff team, who are here to help you and trained to do so.
- Do not spread misinformation or rumors about other members or the community as a whole. Any disputes or conflicts should be handled privately and respectfully.
vi. MYOS:

The MYO system is designed to enable users to create their own Speciblooms in accordance with the character creation guidelines and trait rarity availability. It
should be noted that MYOs come in different rarities, allowing members to use varying traits, with common being the most prevalent and legendary being the rarest.
MYOs are categorized into the following groups, going from most prevalent to rarest: common, uncommon, rare, super rare, and legendary.
They allow their owners to use traits from the category they have and below, but not above. Users should also note that MYOs are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
There is no limit to how many traits per MYO are used, as long as they fall within the rarity category.
Do note that the rarer the MYO is, the harder it is to obtain, as they are only available through special events or promotions. Once approved, users can
use their Speciblooms to participate in various activities and events, such as contests and roleplays.
vii. Breeding System:

viii. Species Currency:
Speciblooms use Sand Bank as their official currency, also shortened to SBC. Users can earn SBC by participating in various activities and events within the Specibloom
community, such as completing quests, selling items, or drawing specibloom for other members of the species. SBC can then be used to purchase items from the store or to
trade with other users.
A recently introduced secondary form of money is called Cave Crystals, or CC. They can be bought with SBC and used to get MYO tickets or uncommon traits. They have
a higher value than SBC.
Speciblooms may be sold using the SBC currency, with the price varying depending on the rarity and traits of the specibloom being sold.
ix. Co-owning Policies:
Speciblooms allow co-ownership between users, but the responsibility of managing the specibloom and its activities must be agreed upon by both parties.
This includes decisions on breeding, trading, and selling the specibloom.
In addition to that, Speciblooms' staff does not take responsibility for any disputes or conflicts that may arise between co-owners. It is recommended that
users establish clear communication and guidelines before entering into a co-ownership agreement to avoid any misunderstandings or disagreements.
On the masterlist, only one owner will be listed as the owner of the character, which is the owner of the original specibloom page.
x. Events:
Events are hosted by staff members to give users the opportunity to obtain rare Speciblooms or special items and have fun. These events may include raffles,
auctions, or mini-games. The rules and guidelines for each event will be announced beforehand, and users must follow them to participate. Events are a
great way for users to interact with each other and the Speciblooms community while also adding to their collection, and participation is completely voluntary.
Users suspended from the species cannot interact with events or participate in them.
xi. Designing and Redesigns:
Please always refer to the species guide before designing or redesigning your Specibloom, and follow the guidelines and rules to ensure that your
design fits within the species and is not rejected. If you are unsure about a design, you can always ask for feedback from other members or staff. You
may commission other artists to design your own Specibloom, but please let the species staff know before you commission that artist.
In addition, if you wish to redesign your Specibloom, you must submit a redesign request to the staff members for approval. The redesign must also follow the
guidelines and rules, and it cannot drastically alter the original design or change the species of the Specibloom. The staff members will review the redesign request
and provide feedback or approval within a reasonable timeframe. It is important to note that redesign requests are not guaranteed to be approved, and the staff members
have the final say on whether a redesign is acceptable or not. When changing the traits of your Specibloom, you must acquire a trait changer that allows you to make the
change. Trait changers can be purchased through the Speciblooms store or obtained through events and giveaways. It is important to note that once a trait is changed, it
cannot be changed back unless another trait changer is used.
Duplicate designs or look-alikes will not be approved, so make sure your redesign is unique and original. Keep in mind that the purpose of redesigning your
Specibloom is to enhance its appearance and make it more personalized, not to copy someone else's design.
xii. Species Management:
The staff team consists of owners who act as administrators and are responsible for managing and directing all that is related to the Specibloom species.
They supervise the entire team and ensure that the rules and guidelines are being followed by all members. They also organize events, giveaways, and contests
to keep the community engaged and active. Moderators are also a part of the staff team and are responsible for monitoring the forums, chat rooms, and
other communication channels to ensure that all conversations are respectful and appropriate. They have the authority to warn, mute, or ban users who violate
the rules if deemed necessary. Helpers answer questions, provide support, and help new members get started. They are responsible for managing sections or
systems overseen by administrators of the species.
Regarding species management, we kindly request that individuals refrain from requesting to join the species staff or act as moderators. Our team
will only occasionally choose trusted individuals to assist us if we believe we are unable to manage the species independently or open applications
for those who are interested.
Furthermore, it's important to note that all staff members, including administrators, moderators, and helpers, are volunteers who generously dedicate their time
and energy to maintain the community and ensure a positive experience for all members. As such, we ask that members treat our staff with respect and
gratitude for their efforts. If any issues or concerns arise regarding the behavior of a staff member, please bring them to the attention of the administrators
via private message or through the designated channels.
