Empire of Novaluleia
Novaluleia is set in a fictional location similar to our world. They are an empire under authoritarian rule of an absolute monarch. The Novians and neighbouring nations has technologies of their own, some of which may be unfamilar to our world. However, please keep in mind that there are no magic on the entire planet.
The Novian Daily
The Empire is slowly falling apart after 200 years of prosperous reign of the Resuris house. More and more reports of illegal activities, smugglers and corruptions have been reported by citizens. There had also been active cases of industrial espionage, aiming to steal Novian technology. This had led to multiple protests against foreigners and foreign companies entering the Empire.
Concerned citizens stated that they have noticed the air and water quality reduced rapidly due to industrial wastes. Environmental specialists suggested to limit the amount of factories and upgrade waste water disposal systems, but economists argued that this would increase the Empire's expenses. The Imperial Government has yet to adress to the issue publically.
The Empire had cut ties with the Church. The Princess Regent's stated in an interview that The Chuch had tried to control people by their fears for too long. Without the restrictions of the Church, she revealed that she would be working with the Empire's top scientists to explore new technology. However, without the Church's finnancial supports, the Princess also expressed her concerns.
The Novian Daily is the official newspaper for the Empire. It is owned and controlled by the Crown. Old news will be stored in the archives. (Possibly summary of past events? idk i'll need to think bout it)

Apr. 15th Ascencion day - Celebration for deceased family and friends, for they have ascended to be with the Creator. This day was made a statuary holiday in memory of those who had fallen in war.

The Avian's Messengers
Birds are the most sacred creatures of all on this planet , for they are messangers of the Creator. They deliver messages from people to the heavenly kingdom above. Some prays to the Creator for protection, and some writes to their deceased families hoping they would meet again.
Hunting or harming flight birds are strictly prohibited in all nations. However, flightless birds may be used as food or decorative purposes.
Novaluleia's national bird are white swans
