▹ TERMS OF SERVICE

• By participating in the species, you are agreeing to have read and understand all rules listed.
  • If you have any concerns or questions regarding any of our rules, as well as the terms of service, please contact any member of staff via the Discord or through the offical Yumenari account at yumenari.
  • Additionally, you can check our FAQ for questions that may have been answered already!
• Yumenaris are a closed species, meaning that in order to make your own Yumenari, you must own a MYO slot.
• You do not need to own a Yumenari to be part of the world, or the Discord server.
• Be respectful to all members and non-members of the species.
• Do not mention commonly triggering topics in Yumenari spaces. You must leave a warning (either in your message or using an intergrated warning system) before linking potentially triggering material.
• All content shared in public Yumenari spaces must be PG-13 and cannot contain any blacklisted content.
• You are not welcome to use loopholes found in our rules. Please be respectful of the intended meaning and use.

• We do NOT tolerate racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic speech. Any usage will result in bans or a permanent blacklist.
• You are not allowed to use slurs or link images with slurs in them, even if you are able to reclaim them, in publically available areas. You are welcome to use reclaimed slurs on your own page as long as there is a warning (if/when linked to public areas).
  • Current list of censored words: L*li, Sh*ta and derivatives of those words / Tr*p, F*mboy, F*tanari, C*ntboy and derivatives of those words / Any racial and LGBT slurs and derivatives of those words
• We do not tolerate the harrasment of other members over their designs.
  • Continuous or incessant asking, or giving unsolicited offers, for those both up (and not), for offers / sale / trade / ect. Additionally, guilt tripping, begging, or coercion is also not tolerated. We ask for those who are experiencing this to please submit evidence so that staff members can officially and properly handle these situations and give out warnings, strikes, or possible bans.
• Sharing egregious content outside of the Yumenari community can still result in a ban and being blacklisted. We define "egregious content" as: racist, l*li, sh*ta, incestuous, hateful, fascist or otherwise "proship" media
• While we can handle situations within our official groups and servers, we are not directly responsible for private interactions between users. As well, individuals involved in outside drama or events is not within our control or domain.

• We absolutely do not allow for NSFW, to be made of minor or underage characters. We also do not allow for minors to create, or distribute, NSFW content of their characters, regardless of that character's age. This is regardless of if they are part of the species or not.
• You are not welcome to reference, joke or directly link to NSFW topics or images within any of our public spaces.
• We also do not allow for incestuous, pedophilic, or bestiality content to be made. Based on the situation, warnings, strikes, or bans can be given for any reason.
• In general, content that depicts (written, drawn, roleplayed, or otherwise), utilizes, or encourages the following: underage/incest/beastiality nsfw, nazi/imperialism, racism/transphobia, and similar content, will result in a blacklist from the species.
• If you have content that does NOT include any of the above, and if the creator is a legal adult, we have no say in what can be done. This allows for adult (18+) members to create NSFW art, or concepts, for their characters with no say from staff members.
• Yumenaris that contain NSFW content (such as art or writing) cannot be traded to minors. Attempts to do so will result in proper consequences.

• We do not condone R-Rated content in the design. As such we do not allow detailed gore, nudity or sexual equipment in the base design. However, PG-13 designs are completely allowed.
• Do not trace, edit, color pick, or steal/take heavy inspiration from other users and staff unless specifically given permission. Egregious and/or malicious breaking of this rule will result in a ban or permanent blacklist.
• We do not allow kinsonas or designs based on copyrighted characters (i.e My Little Pony, Minecraft, My Hero Academia, Pokemon, ect), however inspiration is fine. If you're not sure, contact us!
• We do not allow dark-colored military uniforms, red armbands and black military-style hats, particularly with emblems. This imagery can be associated with fascism even in innocent designs.
• We currently do not allow child characters and intentionally child-like Yumenari, meaning that every Yumenari is 18+. Child Yumenari have special traits and trait restrictions.
• We absolutely prohibit designs with racist, hateful, or "proship" themes. If a character is designed, redesigned, or made without approval with these themes, the Yumenari will be voided and the designer and current owner will be permanently banned from the species.

• Please be respectful towards our artists and their designs. Do not compare art styles, designs, or insult adopts.
• There are no refunds, but you are free to resell your slot/adopt within reason.
  • This rule is ignored if otherwise stated or permission is given.
  • Chargebacks for any slots, adopts, or official mod-made Yumenaris can result in bans and reselling of the slot, character, etc.
• Only slots which have not been used can be resold, traded, or gifted.
  • Slots obtained for free (such as through an event) have a monetary value of $0, and should not be sold, only gifted or traded.
• You are required to follow every individual artists' ToS and rules when buying any offical adopt.
• If you are offering on offical Yumenari adopts, only bid with what money you have, or else be transparent with your hold. If you are offering art, only offer what you can finish within the artist's required timeframe.
  • Additionally, you are not weclcome to edit, retract or delete bids.
  • If you have to drop out of the auction, regardless of circumstances, you are put on purchase suspension that will last from two weeks to two months.
• Be sure to follow the sale rules, whether its raffle, FTO, or FCFS.
• Failure to follow these rules can cause temporary suspensions up to permanent bans from purchasing Yumenari adopts directly from our artists.

We reserve the right to ban anyone to ensure the safety and security of our community; however, we do not condone any stalking, bullying or otherwise harrasment of any member of this list. Additionally, we will not publically list minors unless absolutely necessary. If you are knowingly trading, selling or co-owning a Yumenari to any member on this list, we will add you to the blacklist, with a warning sent beforehand.

Members on this list are not allowed to own Yumenari designs or participate in the species. This includes entering events, joining raffles, becoming a member of the TH world, DeviantArt group or Discord server, and purchasing or otherwise gaining MYOs and designs from an official source or through a member.
