• 'Atramenta' does not claim ownership over the concept of demon characters, or of ink-based characters.

• 'Atramenta' does claim ownership of the Atramenta species and its lore.

• All Atramentum designs must have proof of ownership of a MYO slot, of the designer or otherwise, gained through legal means.

• MYO slots, adoptables, and other PAID items pertaining to the 'Atramenta' species can only be sold for their original value or lower, plus any value of commissioned pieces related to the item.

• MYO slots, adoptables, and other FREE items pertaining to the 'Atramenta' species can only be traded for non-monetary items or gifted, plus any value of commissioned pieces related to the item.

• 'Atramenta' and related users do not condone the minting, selling, or trading of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) of 'Atramenta' related media. Any violations to this condition will have legal action taken against them.

• Toyhou.se user LeftonRed and any administators and moderators it appoints reserve the right to blacklist any user from participating with 'Atramenta', including removing the right to create, own, or sell 'Atramentum' characters.

• Failure to comply with the species T.O.S. will result in action taken against the perpetrator, including strikes, blacklisting, or legal action.
