by buying from, interacting, or owning any bonedoll, you are agreeing to these TOS.

Bonedolls are a SEMI-OPEN SPECIES. Uncommon and Rare rarities CANNOT be made without a MYO slot. Common Bonedolls are open for everyone to make, and Mystical dolls are limited to mods and admins.

Credit

please be sure to credit me mayuniki as species owner when posting a Bonedoll!
do NOT steal/copy/trace someone else's art for your character
do not base your character off someone else's OC!
you may have your Bonedoll be designed by someone else, as long as you provide proof of your MYO slot and credit the designer!

Resell/Trade

a doll must be listed under its current owner on the masterlist to be elegible for resell/trade.
if trading/selling a Bonedoll, please include a link back to the masterlist so people interested in buying/trading know it is not a scam.
please register your design on the masterlist before trading/selling your Bonedoll!
direct resale is permitted, as long as the price is a total of the price of the design and the price of all paid commissions for it. Keep track of your character's worth in case you want to resell!
trades are allowed! if you have any concerns, please message mayuniki.

MYO Rules

you must get your Bonedoll design approved by either mayuniki or Cacticrow before posting it publically.
MYO slots are unrefundable. Please make sure you really want to buy one!
MYO slots can be traded and sold. Please be sure to inform mayuniki so the masterlist can be updated.
if your name is not on the masterlist, your MYO design will not be approved without proof of a slot being traded/sold to you.
MYO slots CANNOT be sold if traded for. They can only be traded again, as there is no addition of value without having the doll designed.
please check the MYO tracker before you trade or sell for a slot so you know the person selling the slot to you isn't scamming you!

Co-Owning

Co-owning is allowed, but both owners must be on the masterlist.

Commercial Use

Bonedolls may NOT be used for commercial reasons!
