There are a few ways to obtain Minibets, most notably Minibet Wishing. This uses Minibet Coins to "wish" for a Minibet. Depending on the amount of Minibet Coins used, the Minibet may be completely random or may have some features decided. Sometimes this will give Design Slots instead of Minibet characters.
