I'm an adoptable artist and a collector of adoptables. I'm super into original species, and have several characters from many of them.
I'm always looking for new species to get into!
I also have tons of species of my own, and I'm making a website known as EvoCrit to keep track of them all. Maybe you've heard of it, I post a lot of freebies.
The only characters on here for trade are in the Adopts folder, I'm too attached to my OCs. Even if I haven't drawn anything for them. I'm getting to it.

Note: This TOS only applies to adopts which are not part of EvoCrit, Eko, or any other projects or species with their own TOS.
Ownership
Characters bound by this TOS belong to their owners, who can sell them, trade them, or use them as they see fit within the following rules:
- Designs must not be edited to the point that they are unrecognizable.
- Designs must not be resold for more than they were purchased for. If a design is traded/gifted, its value resets to what it was traded for or zero, if it was gifted.
- Designs may not be traded for "vouchers" if they cannot be sold/have no value
- Designs may not be used commercially (selling prints/merch/etc of them)
- Designs must be credited to aquapyrofan (if used on Toyhouse) or credited to aquapyrofan on other sites via ping or link
- Original character art must be credited to aquapyrofan
- Original character art must not be edited. If making design changes, create a new image.
- You may not sell characters to users on my blacklist.
Additionally, these characters may not be revoked for any reason. Original character art belongs to aquapyrofan and may not be uploaded to anyone else's DA account. Original character art may be used for promotional reasons, such as art samples for commissions or similar.
Blacklisting
If any of the following occur, blacklisting may occur:
- Trading a design for more than it's worth
- Vouching designs which cannot be sold
- Design theft
- Repeated improper crediting
- Art theft or claiming of original character art
- Selling, trading, or gifting multiple characters to blacklisted users
Blacklisting bars users from being able to purchase, trade for, or otherwise obtain aquapyrofan's designs. It does not invalidate any designs they already own (save for where TOS allows).
