The capital city of the Underworld. Created by a group of seven immortal beings, each representing a deadly sin, Anarchy was originally a place of refuge for all monsters banished underground...

But, rather than upholding their word, the immortals' descendants created a game. A game which rewarded crime, guaranteeing fame and fortune to those who climbed the ranks of their leaderboard and became the most dangerous felons of all. The safe haven transformed into a city of anarchy, where the most horrific people thrive as everyone else beneath them suffers. The game went uncontested for decades as those against it were suppressed by the violent power of the top.

That was, until an organization known as "The Saints" formed with the goal of reforming their city into one of law and order, to reform criminals and set everything right back to what it was intended. Yet, right as they believed they won, the Devils- Anarchy's upper society- and the man at the very top of the leaderboard countered with their own group: The Sinners. Now, the two sides fight a societal war of good versus evil, order versus chaos... Saints versus Sinners. The fractures now felt by every single denizen unfortunate enough to be in this city.
