Species Rules & Terms of Service

By owning a Cetawing, you automatically agree to follow Species ToS. These rules are subject to change as Staff see fit. Staff aren’t responsible for those who fail to read the TOS, or choose to be ignorant to. Users will be held accountable upon breaking rules, including those who fail to follow Terms of Service. 

• Cetas have a 2 week (14 days) transfer cooldown.

• Users on the Species Blacklist may not own Cetas.

• You need to be in the discord server once you have 5 Cetas.

• Co-owned Cetawings may only have 1 profile, don’t make others.

• You need a MYO, or a custom from Designers or Staff, to get a Ceta made.

• A user blacklisted by the designer of a Cetawing may not own that Cetawing.

• Don’t remove or delete Cetas off of TH, this can result in strikes or blacklisting.

• Cetawings need to be registered in the Toyhouse World/ML before transferring to users.

• Cetas may be given alt forms as long as they are not forms from other fantribes, or CS. 

• fabrications of Cetawings will result in being blacklisted from the species, & possibly Blacklisted by staff.

• Regardless of obtainment, all Cetawings have a base/monetary value of $25. You may sell it for that much.

• You need a MYO to turn a pure Cetawing into a Mutated or Hybrid. (See the MYO & Tickets Bulletin for rules & prices.)

• Redesigns, & bust adopts/designs being made fullbodies, still need to be approved by staff. Use #design_approval to do so.

• You can redesign a Ceta, but not to the point of where it’s unrecognizable. Staff will let you know if it needs tweaking, or if it’s too far from resemblance.

• Dont remove basic Ceta Anatomy: Concaves on chest & tail, fins on their elbows, arrow-like scales on their neck & limbs, & a cetacean tail. If Deepsea, they need gills. Horns, ears, & sail can vary! (See next rule.)

• Dont priv/hide Cetas on TH. If you absolutely must, let staff know, & provide at least 1 owner on Toyhouse, an access key. This is to make sure the TH World/ML is updated, & that we aren’t missing your Ceta.

• Horns, ears, & sail can vary! You can remove any of the 3, but you need at least 2. (no horns = needs sail & ears, and vice versa.)

  

Staff are not responsible for users who don’t abide a Designer’s TOS. It‘s the user’s responsibility to abide your rules! Notify staff if a user fails to do so. 
Users who break Species, MYO, or Designers’ Rules, will be met with necessary discipline. The severity of the users penalty will vary per context.

 MYO PRICES

 How to purchase: during MYO sales in #myo_purchase in the discord. By owning, you automatically agree to Specie Rules & ToS.

($25) Generic: 1 Ceta MYO. Pure Cetawing. Can be Shore, Deepsea, or Mixed!

($35) Mutation: 1 Mutation MYO. 1 Mutation per Ceta. Some Mutations are Bundles! (‘Pufferfish Mutation’ gives traits: Bloat/Debloating throat, poisonous neck/back/tail spines, & poisonous spit.)

($40) Hybrid: 1 Hybrid MYO. Half Cetawing, Half Canon Flight. Or a fanflight, (but perms from both species required.)

Blacklist

don’t give Cetas to users blacklisted by the species OR the designer of said Ceta. If done so, you‘ll receive penalty. Punishment varies on context & severity.
