Celia

• Helps out her sister, Juno
• Visits the rest of her family often
• Explores the library a lot
• Loves the plants
• Discovered archivists and how librarians did it all
• Aspires to be one
• Ends up helping Juno become town Mayor
• Helped oversee the building of the town hall
• Became a sort of secretary
• Then she went on to filing documents, papers, etc once another secretary came along
• She ends up going through a lot of different glasses due to accidentally getting them smashed between drawers and needed them for the delicate print
• Learns how to handle delicate papers
• And, due to how fragile and frayed things can be, she starts to learn magic
• It’s slow going, but she catches on fairly quickly
• Ends up talking to the wizard in the library a lot
• And his apprentice 
• Skilled mostly in repairs and reversing time, but she’s good at enlarging things such as print, and casting the image of an object onto a surface
• She basically is a projector lol
• But she’s learning how to help plants grow
• Very sweet
• She enjoys helping others
• Loyal
• Kinda has a big ego tho
• She’s learning how to not be arrogant
• She was pretty flamboyant when she was younger 
• Really in touch with her mom
• She got a lot of lessons from her in plant care
• Goes back every Sunday for a few hours to help with the gardens

Dad 

- Enjoys the stories

- She's actually a good singer, and learned pretty well from him

- But she doesn't have the siren song

- But, she takes after the mermaid part, and enjoys the shiny stuff he has lying around

- And appreciates the decoration choices, specifically the art part

- She likes braiding her hair and putting objects in it her father gave her

- Her father gave her extra lessons on how to swim when she saw Celia was very protective of Juno

- They do hunts sometimes, where Marshal will herd the fish to her and she'll spear them down

Mom

- She's a total mommy's girl

- She adores her mom a lot

- And often gets tips about the plants and asks

- Her mom tells her what to do what she carries out the task

- Wanted to learn plant magic because of this

- She took her survival tips to heart

- And asks her moms for tips on weapons and shooting

- She trailed after her mom a lot when she was younger

- Wished she had wings

- Wants to learn flight magic, but she's busy with other things and know's she is not meant for the sky

- And that flight magic is a pain to use

- So instead she researched on planes and how birds flied when she was small

- Still has that dream today as an adult

Talise (Sib)

- Due to wrestling with her own siren instincts, particularity the arrogance side, she kinda pities Talise in a way

- Likes to hang out with her though, and enjoys when Talise shows her some of her hoard

- Particularly the shells are her favorite

- Trying to start a better relationship with her

- But being a kid herself right now, she's not sure how to go about helping her sibling with her insecurities

- So she often goes back to the library to read on therapy books, and talks to her mom

- She's a bit mad at her dad for doing this and accidentally encouraging bad behavior, but hey, he didn't even realize

- She researches on siren behavior as well

- Celia is always slipping in subliminal messages about positivity and encouragement on becoming a confident person who is happy to be whomever they are

- But also really amazed at how her sib is becoming a strong siren (Juno just flops around and is actually one of the weaker siblings)

Juno (Sib)

- She is the protector of her sister, and as she is not the best swimmer of her family, has taken over to make sure she's okay

- The ambition she has of taking on such a big job worries her

- They are very close, and tell each other almost everything

- She laughed when she saw the over sized fish bowl for her sisters home

- Trying to teach her magic in order to help her defend herself, but she can tell Juno isn't very interested

- Makes her mad, but hey, she can learn to do it herself

- So she is trying to learn protection magic on the side, not many know about it

- She also has a lot of guns stored in the walls and in secret compartments, and keeps a dagger on hand

- Has learned to do deep dives and hold her breath for long periods of time

- She's not happy that Juno is so wrapped up in her ambitions to protect the island she doesn't always pay attention to her sibs or parents

Paloma (Sib)

- Respects the fact that her sibling is independent, but she still worries a little bit

- But she knows her sister can take care of herself

- Laughs internally at her sister's hypocrisy

- "Why did you get a halo but I didn't...."

- Appreciates her sisters honesty, but not the one-track mind

- Lowkey plots with her about stuff

- Also suggesting things for Paloma to bring her to restore

- She enjoys reading what Paloma has brought her

- Gets her new knives, guns, and gear for her protection

- Relates with her about the destruction of artifacts or history not being told
