Filip Moore

a seemingly harmless marine archaeology professor. overall a friendly and likeable guy, but tends to be quite clumsy and at this point doesn't seem to know how clocks work seeing how he's never on time for anything, ever. kind of a pushover.

secretly involved with less savory business. is closely involved with giuliano's acquiring of sunken goods from merfolk he smuggles, and serves as a middleman for selling treasures to antiquaries and musea. as an archaeologist myself this physically pains me to as much as write but good thing he's not real and pulling this absolute tomfoolery where i can see it. still, tries to keep his nose out of most unsavory business despite his blatant involvement with the Whole Mafia. he owes it to them though, because he's one of the people that were smuggled on land under that sketchy lobster man's care.
giuliano seems to have rubbed off on him somewhat though. he's got miklas firmly under his thumb.... if he had thumbs!
