Pitchblende is an eccentric Gem who doesn’t seem to care much in the way of what others think about them. Nor boundaries. Or social norms. Although others have shown slight disgust with them wearing other Gems (albeit Gems who are gone or Gems that didn’t form properly), Pitch like wearing it in order to feel prettier as they will speak of their dull grey colour. Although they do care about other Gems, they often forget about consequences on their pursuit for answers and knowledge. Thankfully it hasn’t resulted in any Gems being abducted, but there has been explosions and accidentally forgetting to set up warnings. They like to experiment and figure things out, and want to know more about the “organic creatures” that lived on the land before them (that Mother occasionally mentioned). They’ve also discovered physics’ components, although occasionally working up on the research their former partner Thorianite made. Some Gems believe they’re so focused on their work because of losing Thorianite.
Pitch occasionally goes to Mother to ask questions, sometimes using it as a way to figure things out.

Mother
[ Leader/Parental Figure ] Like most of the Gems, Pitchblende is fond of Mother and learned from them. Pitchblende occasionally goes to Mother (dormant) and attempts to tell her what they have discovered. Sometimes they ramble to Mother until they figure something out.
Thorianite
[ best friend ] Thorianite and Pitchblende were best friends, both scientifically curious. Pitchblende believes that Thorianite is on the Moon and finding out more science things and answers from the Lunarians and will return.
