His whole persona is a lie and the people around him are conditioned to think of him as a charismatic, chill man. All he does is deeply planned, from daily schedule to big company moves. Under his mask of lies he is filled anger and a will to rule all that comes beneath him, this is the real reason he got lead of the company and didn't step down, plus, this is also why he wont kill Oxo as he is 'haunted' by Kemuri, a demon that gifted him the power to get resuscitated.
All he wishes is to finally watch the world burn as he stands on the top, the ones who thought they were trusted get slaughtered or put to hard work as he lurks over everything.
In an argument he prefers facts over temper, using sweet and charming words to push his idea on the one he is against. Though, if something really really angers him he may get really serious and let his part of temper out, getting tactical and quite intimidating.
Though he technically was married, he never fully got an intimate relationship. But if that were to happen he would probably try not to manipulate his partner, but it can't be helped. If his other partner is to be trusted, likely he would keep his "mask" off, his real self only to be shown.

charismaHis charisma is basically a weapon. He can easily get an army against him to follow his commands by just using words if he wanted to. Only Oxo and a few others figured out his techniques, but usually they get eliminated rather quickly.

He can literally afford whatever he wishes, it being from sweet housing to a mini army of hitmen / mercenary.
ZukinThrough Zukin he can basically long - term wish anything, may it be money or luck. Sadly it takes a while to happen and has a mild monkey's paw effect on some wishes (wishes for money, gets 20$ and the following year he might get crippling debt).
Always the star of the show, always using people for his own good.
Oxo was the first to catch up to his doings, but it was too late, his plans were already in action and proceeded clearly.
After that life is a blur, every day is a slumber as everything repeats. Slowly, he keeps moving on, and slowly he will take over everything. For now, he watches the research go forth, discovering new beings and things every month.
The day of the incident he 'gained' Zukin as Oxo got Kemuri. He might not be able to get resuscitated but he can wish for whatever he wants trough the 'wish paper', as he calls it. He uses this ability to make sure all his plans work smoothly, even if Zukin is required to be filled in and present in the act.
- "His" company is the closest thing you'll get to a SCP foundation in this universe, though it doesn't actually contain anomalies, it just studies them.
- He enjoys playing around with Oxo, watching him struggle in his presence is a delight for his eyes.
- His horns weren't originally blue, they changed color after an unrelated incident.
- He regularly hosts or participates in large scale luxury parties. There he gets other people to sponsor his company as he generally hunts for people to possibly lure into his trap.
- Though he owns a multimillion dollar company, he doesn't live in a huge mansion, but rather a mildly big flat.

If it weren't for the fact that he figured him out he would have been a neat lap dog for him. Oxo had a massive crush on him, at least, not until he blew up 28 people alive with a smile on his face.
Oxo may try to out him, but Kokoa can just say that that the nobody is not mentally well and everyone will believe the charismatic rich man.
Kokoa also enjoys calling Oxo by his old name on purpose to make him mad.
Over the attempted murders to steal "the sleepless"' position they are on good terms. Kokoa is mildly grateful of Nemurenai for having basically set out his life by 'giving' him Zukin while Nemu just enjoys examinating the freak case that "choco-boy" is.
