Crack and chaos incarnate. Based off the 'vibes' of 'UN Owen was her?'
The king's assistant and closest friend, he mainly handles his contacts when he isn't available or sticks along to the execution team. He might not show it but he is very able to fight using blades and various other close range weapons.
Overly energetic, mildly twisted, oddly suspicious, now lemon bubble gum flavored!
He tends to come off almost childish and overly playful to some, though in reality he is very capable in many varied things and can be rather serious at times. Though he is very stubborn and will likely get in more trouble than he can handle.
- His wings change colors if he's subjected to extreme emotions.
- He will go apeshit for the king.
- He might be sour to some people but he really cares about anyone that is even slightly close to him.
He originally was a part-time mercenary though not many hired him due to how he looked and generally acted. Then, Marx (when he originally summoned) hired him to take down some folks, ending up with him getting fascinated by UN Owen and planning to use him. His plan devolved and ended with Owen being his closest and only friend, helping him with whatever he wanted. After a few years and many plans with Marx managing to become king with his soul contract powers, UN Owen became his assistant helping him with contracts and executions before the teams were created.
UN Owen served the king until the inevitable fall of the kingdom, becoming close friends with the members of the execution team Montero and Animal Cannibal. He was rather sour to Montero but still kept them both close, probably being willing to give his life to save them if needed. He didn't get to kill or go into action as much as he hoped to but he was conscious that he didn't sign up to slaughter.
They end up being a friend group that hangs out when there's nothing to do, messing around without a care and then getting the king to cover their mishaps up.
After the kingdom falls and Marx is sealed up again, UN Owen ends up having to run away and disappear from the face of the earth. He travels far and wide to find a way to bring back his only friends and then rebuild the kingdom to no avail. Until one day he-
Two sharp blades he can summon that resemble his wings. He is the most comfortable and able with them.

Literally a laser beam he can shoot from his hands through magic stored in his wings. This takes a while to recharge and leaves him quite tired, but it is ranged and breaks through most materials (including people).

Very basic spell that most have. Allows him to summon his blades at will for little to no magic.

UN Owen is really close to the king and has all his trust and support on him. The king on the other hand originally just kept him around for his personal use and fascination, devolving into actually being his friend. Owen will literally do anything for him.
"Big softie with a buff exterior..."
Animal Cannibal finds Owen funny, laughing at basically everything he does. UN Owen does not mind him, finding interest in his soft personality that devolves in insanity every time a battle happens.

UN Owen acts really sour towards Montero and she does the same to him, though they both know that they'd probably do anything to save eachother's ass. Owen can't even remember why he was originally so mad at her but now he's so deep in he can't really go back to being nice.
