     He's just some random kid bro. Okay just kidding- but it's not quite wrong either. Well, at least if you were to ask Max to describe himself as an introduction, that would basically be it haha. While it's true Max is a bit more quite, he's a kid who is actually pretty amusing! If you sit next to him you’ll hear the boy say plenty of funny words and lines. 

     Someone who is pretty silly and humorous, Max is very much like comic relief between his loved ones! He's often one to casually say a witty line or two. Or he could also be someone who would go around doing randomly goofy acts for his own and other’s entertainment. Anything to lighten up the mood! However, even though Max isn’t one to shy away from jesting, he isn’t someone who is loud or obnoxious. If you take away the comical side of him, you might find that Max is actually pretty mellowed out in general. He’s someone who seems easygoing and laid-back most of the time, someone who just goes with the flow of his friends. A little down-to-earth, but certainly enjoys having fun and joining in his friend’s antics. 

     Or at least, that's what he used to do. Once school is over, Max very much looks forward to going home and lie down in his room. And let’s just say, responsibility isn’t Max’s strongest point.. Someone who often slacks off, Max usually ditches his chores and schoolwork, which would annoy his teachers and even his siblings sometimes. It doesn't help that no matter how many times his dad and others remind him, he just doesn't seem to listen or try. And for someone who's company enjoyable at school, his peers couldn't care less about Max. He's someone who many sees as “careless”, which is why some find him a bit unpleasant. But not many people know that his demeanor is meant to hide his troubles. The truth is, Max secretly struggles a lot with negative thoughts and feelings most of the time, almost every day. He barely has the motivation for almost anything, and would stay in bed all day if he could. Max has lost interest in his hobbies and it seems that nothing can cheer him up, even the things he loved. It doesn't help that he feels constantly tired, which makes it hard for him to do even the simplest of tasks, things that he was suppose to do to take care of himself. He feels pretty insecure because of this, often embarrassed that he isn’t able to get himself to be as “normally” as others do. This is why Max eventually started neglecting his extracurricular activities, declining invitations to hangouts by his peers, anything to keep himself at home. Eventually many got tired and frustrated, thinking Max doesn't care, so they stopped bothering him.

     Worse part he sees is that he doesn’t even know why he feels this way. There's no reason to. He’s got the most loving dad he knows and the best family he could get. In fact, everything seems to go perfectly well! And yet, he just can’t help feeling... bad. That leaves Max more ashamed of himself, thinking that even his emotions “doesn’t make sense.” And besides, the thought of opening up gives him a lot of anxiety, unsure about what others would think of him if he did. Though, even with all the things he deals with, Max still cares about his family the most. All his life, he’s always look after his little brother and his friends. Gentle and comforting, he was always ready to lend a hug, a blanket, and a shoulder to cry on! Anything to assure his loved ones and make them feel better. Usually patient and cool-headed to others, he was often relied as a mediator to others, knowing how to bring peace to the situation. He was the one who loves to lend a helping hand to his dad, even when never asked. The last people Max would want to be is a burden to everyone he’s loved. So he figured, maybe it wouldn’t hurt if he acts like his “usual” happy and funny self, eleven if that’s exhausting to do. Yeah that’s right, he’s just joke around about how “lazy” he is and how he’s gonna do a full-year hibernation. It's best not to flood anyone with unnecessary problems. He'll be fine he thinks, as long as he can keep it up. Besides, maybe this is all just a phase! Or maybe he’s just being overdramatic. Maybe it’s puberty? Either way, he’s just going to keep hoping it’ll get better on it’s own. That is, if it would…
