Jubilee and Elliot are your classic case of best friends turned lovers. These two have known each other for years and know each other about as well as they know themselves!

These two have a YouTube channel where they talk about and explain superhero comics and characters as well as comment and critique on them together. When not doing that, Jubilee is writing and drawing her own superhero comic books alongside Elliot.

Having known each other since about age seven, these two know each other extremely well. The two think of each other often are quite considerate of the others' wants and needs. They often carry stuff for each other or keep back-ups just in case one of them forgets something.

Jubilee first met Elliot in the school library on her first day at the new elementary school she'd be going to after being adopted. They struck up a friendship faster than a match lights a firecracker and their friendship grew bigger very quickly. They shared so much in common and Jubilee came to trust him so very much that she let him touch and read her comic books, which is the biggest sign of her trust in another person because her comics are her most valued possessions. After this their friendship became even stronger and they were inseparable, always being found playing together or reading together. Elliot and Jubilee were each other's only best friend, but that was okay by them because in their opinions, they only needed each other. During the course of their friendship they would have sleepovers with superhero movie or TV show marathons; Elliot gave Jubilee the nickname Juju and Jubilee started a tradition between them of creating comic books every year to chronicle their friendship, they called it The Rogue Firework and Mischief Maker and depicted them as superheroes who would battle villains who were personifications or metaphors for bullies or challenges that they had.

Elliot became Jubilee's rock when she was at school and the only one her age that she really trusted, he was the only bean who wasn't afraid of her or thought that she was weird for her heterochromia or her ADHD and she loved him for it. He was patient with her when no one else was and his acceptance of her no matter what allowed her to be comfortable with him, making her not want to be parted from him for very long. Whenever they were not at school, or able to hang out, one could certainly bet that the two of them would be texting, skyping, or calling each other.

Their friendship understandably eventually led to Jubilee beginning to have feelings for Elliot beyond just friendship during her pre-teen years, when she began to form a crush on him. Perhaps, if she was being completely honest, she had always had a crush on him. Either way, she didn't tell him about or reveal to him, but it was apparently obvious to everyone else. Including their families as well as their viewers/followers of their YouTube channel that they created where they would talk about and explain superhero comics and characters as well as comment and critique on them together.

They own a cat named Stanlee who they named after Stan Lee.

Due to their large ears, they are both sensitive to loud sounds

Elliott wrote and drew a whole comic book by himself to show Juju how he felt about her and he presented it to her right before Thanksgiving.
