Just a dump of points that I needed to have written down
He wants to see the world united, creating a safe world for his beloved species where they can live safely without having to hide.
Mordecai's cover job to blend in with the humans is to work as a priest in a little church he tends to himself. In the vampire society however, he is a high-ranking vampire lord which is highly respected and revered, and is often a part of political debates and important decisions.
Successfully founded and maintaining a sort of rehabilitation camp for newly converted vampires and ghouls to learn how to live as and survive in the human society.
He lost his entire left arm in a clash with vampire hunters. He was not able to retrieve the arm to reattach it, and had to go into hiding while waiting for the arm to grow back again. He also accidentally indirectly killed the parents of his bodyguards by making an order which created a domino effect. While it was not him who killed them it was one of his underlings, and this was a regrettable result which had him take responsibility by taking in and raising the children of the killed vampire couple.
Among strangers he's respected, revered and sought-out. However as a leader and godfather of the vampire mafia he has to be very harsh and strict, extremely demanding of respect. People will live longer if they think very carefully of how to word themselves.
Most of his interactions with other people are professional, or serious, so he is usually very stiff and proper. When speaking to people one-on-one, he does not show much body language. It is only when he speaks in front of crowds that he shows more body language. This is however strategical as he knows how to control the crowd with deliberate and precise gestures to have them pay attention and stay interested in what he has to say.

Mordecai is a kind and loving towards any and all, something which is needed as he is the head priest of a small church outside of town. He welcomes anyone who steps into the holy house, be it troublemakers or a small old lady, he gladly gives comfort to all. He is the kind of person who asks you about your day, gives you comfort and hugs if you need a shoulder to cry on, and forgives you for any sin you would confess to. And while his work as a priest is loved, he is also available to just hanging out with, talking over a cup of tea if need be. However, if one were to step into his church and demand to speak with him regarding his work in the vampire world, he will flat out ignore what they said, and talk condescendingly to them as if they never mentioned anything about this business. If this doesn't work, he will have his personal bodyguards escort them out or into a waiting room. As the sun sets, however, he will confront the person with rage. Notes
- He has a handicap where his left arm is wrapped up in band-aids because of a blood-bone.
- Due to his left arm currently growing back, it is growing back stronger. However, since it is still in the process of growing back, this means it does not have any soft tissue yet which means he can use it to slash opponents pretty bad with his sharp bone-like fingers.
- He was inspired by the character Pucci from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
- Originally his vampire form got a bleached grey'ish look to his skin, but then I thought "Black vampires" and immediately deleted that fact from existence.
- Mordecai also has the ability to exert immense amounts of pressure around him, stopping people in his path, making people cringe hard and some even having their knees give in. It is an authoritative skill.
- As a weapon of choice, Mordecai can conjure his own soul-weapon -- a staff with a tip like a 4 sided star sitting on top of it where just 3 of the sides are pointing outwards. The staff can be used as a spear or mace when inactive. Mordecai can activate its true power by filling it with his own energy, creating a sizzling energy blade to protrude from the staff. It defaults to a scythe-like blade, but as it is pure energy, Mordecai can shape it into any shape he wishes. This means the staff can become a multitude of different weapons, such as a glaive, naginata, battleaxe, spear, trident, and his favourite being a scythe.

While Mordecai doesn't really like pharragan, he still respects him and welcomes him without turning him back. Although, when these two interact, the tension in the air is so thick you can taste it. Pharragan should pray he won't be talking to Mordecai's vampire form.
Rivals
About equal in power and influence, they often compete to see who can outwit the other. Although they are not on friendly terms, Mordecai knows to aknowledge Albion's influence and resourcefulness, something he thinks he might be able to use if things start to go wrong. However, he knows he will need to be careful, as Albion might use that oppurtunity against Mordecai.
