Clement is a police chief who takes his job very seriously, making sure to cover up Kindred activity in the city. This lead to Robin and his friend William investigating him for corruption, which in turn lead him to Embracing Robin, though William disappeared before he could do anything to him.

"Don't speak about things you don't know."

Clement is a hard man, while his human persona is a friendly boss, his true self is that of an overly serious workaholic with no parenting skills. He has been excessively harsh with Robin and their relationship has been breaking down more and more as the Chronicle progresses. Clement also has a bad relationship with Adam, his grandsire, due to his dislike of Adam's working outside of the law, and also his Diablerie of Clement's sire. Clement knew Adam had an interest in Robin and turned him for some petty revenge.

The recent revelation that Josephine's love Sophia was killed by a Kindred and that Clement was the one who covered it up sent her on the warpath to him, but he promised to give her the file with the perpetrator if she killed Christopher, Robin's brother, who has become unwittingly involved in Kindred business. Josephine agreed, but someone else got the file to her first. Before Clement could be confronted however, he was gunned down by William's hunters on the steps of his police stations.

Edmund is a neglectful sire who easily turns abusive. Totally dedicated to his goals he cares little for social mores and the wellbeing of his childe beyond waht she can provide him, having turned Olivia for the purpose of translating a very special book.

"I won't leave without telling you."

Edmund was frustrated at Olivia being placed in the Coterie as it took her time away from her task for him, and complained as such when the meeting was held by Kharak between the Coteria members, their Sires, Adam, and Scarlett. However he was much more concerned when the Harpy Scarlett revealed herself to be a Salubri called Gabriel, and after realising at the second Elysium that Olivia's Blood Bond with him had been broken, he gave her an offer to spend a week in his lab and complete the translation and the ritual it described with him and never have to see him again. Olivia accepted and the first night went well, she actually enjoyed researching together with him, but the second night when she failed to keep up the speed he mimicked her grandfather's methods hit her with a hot poker. The third night however Gabriel appeared and took him under her control, forcing Olivia to complete the ritual by diablerising him, before she made Olivia diablerise herself, leaving Olivia very traumatised.

With the ritual completed it was revealed that Edmund had actually been working to right the wrong of what his clan had done to the Salubri by activating the blood and transforming a percentage of his clanmates into Salubri themselves, thus replenishing the clan. He had been trying to take down the Chantry and had kept Olivia away from most of it so that she would not be taken in by them, and had also taken many Gargoyles under his care, Gargoyles which he bequeathed - with their consent - to Olivia, much to their delight. Living on in her head for now, Edmund has worked to suppress Gabriel's voice and shared information about the Wights Queen Anne had in the Chantry ready to unleash upon the city if they did not agree to her blood bond in an effort to push Olivia and the coterie to destroy the Chantry and free the new Salubri within it. He seems to be going through some post-death character development in Olivia's head.

Isabella is a Ventrue well known for her diplomatic missions to convert Sabbat members into following Mithras' rule, and is responsible for many ex-Sabbat being in London, particularly of the Lasombra clan. She met Kitty when she was giving a talk at the Ladies Literature Club, and took a liking to her straight away, offering her the choice of the Embrace when she was near her death. Although Isabella has realised that Kitty has not taken after the Ventrue blood, she has remained a dedicated and caring Sire, only warning Kitty to be careful that the Tremere don't get their hands on her blood.

Many years ago during one of her diplomatic missions Isabella met Darius and Adam, who had been part of a Sabbat pack together though the rest had all been killed by then. They respected her and what she had to say, and decided to join her in her travels as bodyguards, and eventually came to stay in England. Isabella and Darius formed a relationship together and she learned the powers of Protean from him, taking the form of a Lynx. Isabella, Darius, and Adam are together a Werewolf hunting club, to which Kitty has recently been inducted into as part of her training for physical combat.

Darius once gifted her a crown, with the head still attached.

Kharak is a Sherrif of London and was assigned to overlook the Coterie, acting as mentor of sorts. Outside of the Tremere, he is the foremost bloodmage in the city, something his childe Karim doesn't take after, but his mentee Olivia is very keen on.

Early on after seeing Olivia's interest in Blood Sorcery, and how her sire Edmund treated her, Kharak decided to take her under his wing and has given her some training. Because of this and his magic, when Gabriel went to initiate the ritual she made sure to stake him first, as he was the only one who would be able to reliably get past the defences on Edmund's lab. After the ritual Olivia told the Coterie that he had been staked and they rushed to find him, with Karim in the lead. Karim opened up his wrist to try and stimulate Kharak with his blood, and Olivia offered her own recently concentrated blood to help. When Kharak was revived he was filled in, and despite her trying not to tell him out of shame, when he heard about Olivia's forced Diablerie he shared his own personal story with it to try and comfort her.

During his time in a Coterie with Willow and others, they were betrayed by one of the members while on an overseas mission. Kharak sent Willow and Lev back to London, but stayed on to hunt Vali. He loved her and he hated her, and he Diablerised her when he found her, and fought to hold onto her voice in his head for as long as he could, but it eventually faded.

When Olivia shared Edmund's information about the Wights in the Chantry, Kharak decided it was time to take action against Queen Anne and initiated the raid, telling everyone to gather their allies for it. It took great effort, but he was able to use his Blood Sorcery to break through the Chantry's defences, and while in the building he disabled further magical blocks while the Tremere-turned-Baali Sansa was attacking.

An ex-Sabbat Blood Leech, Adam is the Scourge of London and Robin's great grand-sire. Preferring to stay in his cottage in a graveyard on the outskirts of London making tea, he loathes being forced into the city when he is called in for work, but is very efficient at his job.

A Scottsman, Adam is unique in that he managed to kill several Kindred while he was still mortal without being part of a hunter group. He had been involved in the Jacobite Rising of 1689, but returned home to find his son murdered which, his wife having died in childbirth, left him alone. Mad with rage he went on a killing spree and was eventually turned by the leader of a Sabbat pack. He was brought into the pack and met Darius, with whom he has remained friends with until the present day, well after the rest of the pack died. After a lot of roaming and emotional turmoil they encounterd Isabella and decided to travel with her. They now make up a little Werewolf hunting pack. After coming to London Adam was original put as part of a Blood Hound Coterie, but due to his methods it was suggested he was more suited to the role of Scourge, which also allowed him to sustain his feeding needs both when working and not thanks to a blood tax Mithras could entoll.

Once during a mission hunting a Wight that had managed to hold onto or achieve a certain level of intelligence, Adam came across a young Robin and used him as bait. When after slaughtering the Wight in front of him the boy didn't seem too distressed, Adam was struck with a reminder of his own son. Over the years Adam would check up on Robin, and had considered turning him several times. He was furious when Clement turned him, but when Robin stumbled into his graveyard in a hunger frenzy he helped him and started a long lasting friendship. Most recently, Adam promised Robin not to kill William, but told him if he turned a hunter there would have to be a full memory wipe. When Adam came across Robin having just panicked and killed William accidentally and begun turning him, Adam walked Robin through what to do before wiping William's mind completely and letting Robin build his new sense of self.

Karim is Kharak's childe, who was travelling with Isabella in his homeland of Turkey with Isabella for her most recent trip, arriving back in time to assist with the investigation and clean up of Manfred's orphanage feeding grounds. He's likes making explosives and using them.

After his first encounter with the Coterie, he was next seen at the meeting between them and their Sires plus some additonal officials. Ernest asked Willow for information on him and she came back to him with an address at the second Elysium, which he later went to sneakily visit and Karim caught him. Karim revealed he worked as a tailor with his father (though he did not mention that the old blind man he was working with was in fact his father). He and Ernest proceeded to spend more time together, and after things went sour at the Hunter's warehouse meeting he proceeded to teach Ernest how to use a rifle. Karim gifted Ernest with an old rilfe that Kharak had given him, and Ernest noticed it had two small engravings suggesting it had been a gift to Kharak from Vali.

Karim and Ernest have been playfully flirting for a while and shared their first kiss after a long night of training together, followed by a shared bought of invisibility due to their mutual Obfuscate powers, something that happens a lot. In fact, Karim spends a lot of time around the Coterie invisible, and enjoys messing with them. After his father died recently, it seems he applied his demolitions expertise to several buildings around London that all seem to be related to supporters of Queen Anne...and Kharak has been stuck cleaning up after him, though he is understanding.
