Kia Sjuttonde (キア スジュットンド Sjuttonde Kia), also known as the Chlorina (クロイナ Kuroina ), is a student in class Class 1-B at U.A. High School and training to become a Pro Hero.

Apperance

Kia is a petite girl being one of the shortest of 1-B with a slender and curvaceous figure sporting developing hips and chest. Similar to Mina Ashido and her acid build up in her body causing her skin to become a purpilish pink, due to the chlorine built up in her own body, Kia's skin turned a dark cyanish color. When her quirk is active, she'll grown a pair of large antlers that help her focus the emission of her chlorine. Outside of her cyan colored skin, Kia has long wavy navy blue hair and navy blue eyes that are similar to Mina Ashido's as well but more roundish opposed to Mina's rectangular eyes.

When she's on campus, Kia wears the standard UA school uniform for girls but wears a grey vest under her blazer and often tends to wear her blazer tied around her waist with one stocking occasionally pulled down.

Her hero costume costume consists of a tight one-piece spandex that goes up to above her breast and covers the entirety onf one leg and half of the other, black gloves that go to her forearms, brown knee-length booths, and a small black cape. During the winter months, she wears a slightly longer cape with a fur lining as well as thicker boots with fur on them.

Personality

Kia is a bright girl who likes to laugh and have fun with her friends being the life of the party with her energetic disposition and amicable nature making her a popular figure among her class as well as her other first year peers who generally enjoy her presence. Despite also taking the rivalry between 1-A and 1-B serious, Kia doesn't take it to the lengths as her classmate Monoma, enjoying their company, having no issue working with them. She's particularly close with her classmate Pony Tsunatori, Setsuna Tokage, and Yui Kodai, and does at times clash with Ibara Shiozaki wishing she'd lighten a bit at times and have fun with the rest of the class.

In addition to her amiablity, Kia displays a fair amount of intelligence in the classroom being in the Top 10 of 1-B's grades, particularly excelling in art and literature. Kia also displays that she's multilingual being able to speak multiple languages outside of Japanese fluently. Even though her academic performance is praiseworthy, Kia is a bit of a daydreamer, often getting lost in thought during class and will occasionally listen to music on her phone or write songs during class.

Outside of her amicable personality, Kia is renowned amongst her peers for having a really flirtatious personality, primarily around other girls being her targets. While occassionally flirting with softer boys, Kia is the type of girl who likes to feel up other girls and fondle them for the sake of messing with them and in the process making it it no secret that she's into girls.

Kia is very proud of her sexuality, freely admitting that she's a lesbian with pride with no sexual interest in males whatsoever. Due to her pride as a lesbian, Kia is fierce when it comes to defending the rights of the LGBT community feeling that she and others in the community shouldn't be looked down upon for who or what they like in another person and often becomes angry when she's judged or looked at dirtily for being gay. Though when in a relationship she tends to love hard, at times too hard due to an incident in her past giving her trust issues and mainly flirts with other girls as a means of teasing and showing she likes them on a platonic level.

Kia also have a love for music, particularly rock and J-Pop and can generally be seen relaxing, listening to music on her phone when not in class or studying or even listening to music during class if she gets bored with a lecture. This fascination came from attending a concert with her family whilst still living in Sweden and subsequently developed and interest in the art. While she has no knowledge of how to play instruments, she has expressed interest in learning how to play instruments such as the guitar, drums, saxophone. Kia is quite capable of writing musical notes and song lyrics with a lot of the songs she writes being about love, pride in one's self, and being brave to stand up for what one believes in with respect for themself and equality, referencing her proud stance as a lesbian and that those in the LGBT community should be treated as equals rather than lesser beings and be free to love whoever they want. Kia's interest in music lead to her striing up a friendship with other UA Students who share a passion for music such as: Dykuma Inazuma, Denki Kaminari, Mina Ashido, Lynn Shull, and Kyoka Jiro whom she eventually begins a relationship with after bonding over how big music is in their lives.

Chlorine (塩素 Enso) Kia secrets chlorine and chlorine gas from the pores of her body which can causes irritation to the airways of a person's breather and their eyes, the closer to it's proximity the more damaging it can be with Kia growing horns the size of a deer's antlers on her head when using her quirk. Though the more she uses it, it can always be harmful to her senses.
