• Real-world-wise, Lola is pretty much from the in-universe equivalent of England.
• Her birthday, while written as 8/22 in-universe, is basically June 29 in real-world terms, making her a leo.
• She was originally not meant to be one of the Protectors, but rather an ordinary witch that helped out the Protectors. This has since changed, and Lola is now a Protector (kind of want to explore the concept of an ordinary witch helping out Protectors in the future, though!)
• Her familiar being named "Cendrillon" is a reference to the French name of Cinderella!
• Likewise, her magic of transmutation is a reference to the Fairy Godmother within the fairy tale who transformed multiple objects into things that could allow Cinderella to go to the ball before midnight.

Trying to live up to the image of her late twin sister, Lola tried to gain (and maintain) the image of being a so-called “perfect girl” like her parents had considered her sister to be and took on the position as the “leader” of sorts within the Protectors of Delacroix to fulfill this need. Also, she was the oldest of the five Protectors and was the only one suitable to lead them anyways.

Despite all of this, she still continuously deals with a “chip” in her shoulder; ever since her twin sister had died years before the start of the series, Lola’s mother had been displeased with her and blamed her for nearly everything, from the death of her sister to her father leaving the family. Her words aside, Lola still continues to try to be nice to other people and make it seem like her mother isn't at all slowly but surely breaking down her ego and morality. Certainly, with the way things are now, it's not like any of it will get to her...right?
