About his Personality
He never lies nor actively harms anyone, still, there is no way to trust him. He seems to only care about hisself and his own goals and strategically lures people into where he needs them. He grins alot, making his serious face more impactful. Has a quite sadistic personality. There are still alot of Mysteries about him, no one even knows his true name. He prefers people with pure Souls and despises people with muddy Souls.
About his Abilities
He's an Anidere, meaning he can see Souls. He's able to make Contracts, they're sealed by a kiss. The contract has to be fulfilled, otherwhise the other person (might lose their soul? Unclear due to RP spoiler). His ability to make contracts gave him the nickname "Devil".
He owns Hellhounds which only Anidere can see. Unclear where they come from.

There is white spot in his pupils.
- You can also draw him with his hair down.
- There are scars all over his arms, he hides them with long sleeves or bandages etc.
Backstory
His actual Backstory is unknown. He showed up one Day in Hebe. He appearently started traveling around Oasis after getting Sick. He cures his sickness temporarily with eating pure Souls. He gains Souls trough Contracts with Oasians. He's after the main casts pure Souls.
He found a voluntary slave in Karo in Oasis.
Present Day, Year 4178
He's back in Equalia after the Main Cast could befriend the King. He seems to have vanished, but his sickness can't be cured, so he will come back eventually to keep hunting souls.
Karo: Voluntary Slave
They made a contract, promising that Karo would do anything Kevin said, in return, Kevin made sure Karo couldn't be locked away. Kevin is the only person who's able to tell Karo what to do.
May: Prey
Mays Soul is perfectly pure, making Kevin try to force a contract with her. She avoids him.
Naila: Aquaintance
Kevin took her soul so he would rewind time to safe her friends lifes, but had to revive her in order for another contract. Naila accepts him, since he made fair contracts with her.
Whisk: Aquaintance
Kevin could never stand him due to Whisks awful personality. Still, Whisk somehow still tries to get to know him better, but they always just end up fighting over dominance, with Kevin always winning.
Ephyra: Complicated
Kevin can't seem to stand Equalias king. Real reasons are unclear, but he helped in trying to cure his sickness.

Starsystem - A Starsystem is a group of near towns and villages. Together they build a Starsign-like System. Most Starsystems have one Mayor.
Equalia - Equalia is a World connected to Oasis. Its Magic based and depicted with lots of sun and golden themes. Currently sicknesses and wars are haunting Equalia.
Equalians - Equalians are similar to humans generally, but function with magic in their bodies. Also, they age differently and live longer.
