Aurion is a powerful looking aurusalkar. At first, he really enjoyed staying with her, and the cult was really pleasant... but it started to weigh on him. He remembers the gods, and the stories about the aurusalkar who tried to usurp them. It drove him to leave in secret... he wonders if she's looking for him, or if she simply let him go...
Soren is a powerful Aurusaulkar. It's a shame he chose the life of being around nabis. They could have ruled the skies and seas together... alas. It was his decision.
Ranger is Soren's dad! Or... maybe his nabi-father? He's so grateful that it was Ranger that found his egg- or got his egg? He may be rough around the edges, and gruff, and a bit hard to read... and a little intimidating... but he was right about a lot of things. Soren still beats himself up for saying what he said to Ranger during their argument...
Soren's his kid. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. Maybe not by blood, but Ranger stopped caring about that a long time ago.
His son! Who could've thought he ever would have a family? In a world of nabis no less! He represents the new life aurusalkar are making for themselves in this new-ish world. He also doesn't know where the wings came from.
His dad! Soren tells him stories upon stories about his home in the Void Dimension. It's weird to think there was a world full of aurusalkar... though, that's not much different than the Village at times...
Winnie must just LOVE to get under his skin. Not that she's MEAN, she just likes to tease him! And sometimes it really does get him worked up. The worst part is, once he's all worked up, she likes to just... leave! Grr... he can't stay too mad at her, though. She usually makes it up to him somehow.
Sorren is adorable. She loved getting to know him better whenever he comes across her traveling services. Hopefully she can get him to relax. 😏😏😏
Ville is the love of his life! He's not sure what he did to deserve someone like her. Even if they've been together for a while, she still gives him butterflies in his stomach when she looks at him.
Desert Rose saved his life in his fight against Mesa. She's as much a part of his family as anyone else... even if she can't really talk... and tries to bite anyone who she doesn't know... and constantly tries to sleep right on his face.
Big Orange saved her life... new doodle?
Soren regrets ever letting himself be convinced by Rockstar to embrace the public's attention. He's happy to not need to hide, but... Rockstar really pushed him into a spiral that didn't end well.
Marisol's like his little sister! He's watched her grow up, but she's always had spirit. She's maybe a little too willing to pick fights and flaunt her magic, but she can take care of herself. When she heads out to West Ridge, he only worries she'll cause more trouble than they already have to deal with over there.
Soren's her brother...? That's more or less about right. She's known him since she moved in with her pa, and it's hard to imagine life without him around. He's got quite a few stories to tell, even if he doesn't think he's good at it. She's always been curious about his magic, since he's been quite secretive about it.
Laurel was his Promised on the Island - a concept that was entirely foreign to him. He never knew that Aurusalkar used to have nabi knight-sorcerers at their side all the time. That's so cool! He wonders what happened when he, uh, left... Is... is Laurel ok?
He remembers Morrigan from Aurion's Island, back when he was, well, a "god". She had to put up with so much nonsense... but he heard she's a part of the Copper Ring, now. That's great! Hopefully things are much better for her there. Maybe one day they'll get the chance to speak as equals, without any of that cult stuff looming over their heads.
