Fujinaga Mizuho is an original character made for the game Genshin Impact. A Hydro Polearm user residing in Inazuma, he was first a general of Watatsumi Island.
After deciding he no longer wanted to pursue his position, he finds himself a career in the more relaxing tailoring instead. Currently, he resides on Narukami Island with the Kamisato Clan as the fiance of Kamisato Ayato.
Mizuho has very relaxing confidence about him, sometimes being a bit of a cocky man, but rarely will anyone ever see him take it too far. Most of the time, that is what people tend to like about him. There are a lot of people that say he's akin to an old man, sometimes he tends to get grouchy over small things and will get irritated over them easily, and it seems like sometimes it is hard to get on his good side. Mizuho is an assertive man, holding his head high as a hard-working and creative person. He gives one hundred percent toward the goals he sets for himself to make sure they are done how he likes it and in a timely manner. He's rather fearless, tending not to mind if he's criticized, rejected, or has failed at a task, making him a good fit for a team leader.

Overview
Mizuho has been around for just under 100 years or so thanks to his increased lifespan. He was an only child, his father was in the Watatsumi Army being close to the Sangonomiya family and his mother was just a tailor. Mizuho was closer to his father growing up, so he tended to be interested in things that would be considered to be catered more toward boys and whatnot, though he still learned what his mother was into just because she wanted him to have that skill set.
Not much goes on in his life until he decides that he wants to join the ranks of the Watatsumi Army and fight alongside his father. At the time, he had to disguise himself as a boy so he may join. Mizuho didn't mind it, in fact, he loved every minute of it as even his father started to treat him as such. Having felt more comfortable with this identity as "Mizuho" leads to him deciding to transition and live like that from now on.
He spends a few years in the army, eventually becoming a general. He'll see his good buddy Kokomi rise into the position of the Divine Priestess, and he even trains with Gorou and Aaeyx for a bit while still in his position. After some time, he decides he wants to basically "retire," where he'll pursue tailoring instead as a more relaxing career. It moves him to Narukami Island sometime before the Sakoku and Vision Hunt Decrees. His work proves its worth as he starts making business, and out of the blue, he is approached by one of the Kamisato siblings, Hanabi, with a request for her older siblings. They turned out to really like his work, so Hanabi being how she is wanted to invite him, which is how he lands himself affiliated with the Kamisato Estate. He starts working there for government affairs, also kind of like their personal tailor but that's not that important. Eventually, it leads to a relationship with Kamisato Ayato, the two of which are currently engaged.
STILLNESS, THE SUBLIMATION OF SHADOW In In the Name of the Resistance, Mizuho catches up with the Traveler and Paimon before they embark on their journey to Watatsumi Island in order to tell them that he can help them reach the island. He explains that he was born and raised there, so he happens to know his way around, hoping that will be of help to them. As they stumble upon Teppei who tells them about Gorou in search for like-minded people, Mizuho encourages the Traveler to listen to Teppei and meet with Gorou.
OMNIPRESENCE OVER MORTALS Being reunited with his old friend Kokomi once again, Mizuho remains by her and the Traveler's side to help with the Delusion situation on Watatsumi. The next time he is seen is joined forces with Gorou, Kazuha and Shika outside of Tenshukaku. Like the rest, Mizuho charges at the Shogun after she attempts to strike the Traveler, only to be left in shock as they attack her themself.

Memories of a General
Normal Attack
Normal Attack: Performs up to six consecutive spear strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to enemies along the way.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Unmei no Ito
Elemental Skill
Mizuho unleashes thin and glowing blue threads at targets in front of him, binding himself to them and pulling them into one enclosed area to deal light Hydro DMG. These strings can remain on enemies when Mizuho is off the field, making the strings bind to another character instead. The cooldown is 10s.
Ikari no Shitate
Elemental Burst
Mizuho summons a large pair of tailoring scissors made of Hydro and attacks enemies bound to him by closing the scissors on the strings from Unmei no Ito. This deals Hydro DMG based on the amount of HP Mizuho has. The more there is, the higher the damage output. Cooldown is 16s.

With Unmie no Ito active on a character other than Mizuho, the Elemental DMG corresponding with the character on field is raised by 10% when their Elemental Burst is ready.

Mizuho and other members in the party gain a 15% chance of recovering a small amount of HP when they break the strings of Unmei no Ito with their Elemental Burst.

Kamisato Ayato Fiance
Both men were not expecting to find themselves in a relationship as deep as this, but nonetheless, Mizuho never finds himself complaining about it.

Kamisato Ayaka Sister-in-Law
Mizuho has come to adore both of the Kamisato daughters. He loves spending quality time with Ayaka and is more than happy at the fact that she willingly acts as a model when he is making new articles of clothing. Ayaka admires all of his hard work, whether it involves his tailoring or real business affairs with the clan.
Kamisato Hanabi Old Friend
Just like Ayaka, Mizuho adores Hanabi just as much. He feels he will always need to repay her in many ways for referring him to Ayato. He spends a lot of time spoiling her and venturing out into Inazuma City with her to show her around. They typically like to enjoy the peace and casual conversation with each other at Komore Teahouse.
Thoma Friend
Mizuho often likes to help Thoma with the estate's housekeeping. While keeping everything clean, they like simply just talking and having a good time laughing with each other. Sometimes, Thoma will join him and Hanabi for their walks around the city, the three having a good time with each other while they get to relax.
Sanganomiya Kokomi Old Friend
Serving the Sanganomiya Clan for the majority of his lifetime, he holds great respect for Kokomi. There were times when he got to train with Kokomi, and eventually, he would proudly see her rise into the position of Divine Priestess. He will sometimes take trips to Watatsumi to visit her and his family.
Aaeyx Friend
Aaeyx and Mizuho seem to get along fairly well, the pair often being called "old man and old lady" when they're out in public. Back then, Mizuho trained Aaeyx in the Watatsumi Army and he was very impressed with her skills as a warrior.
Tsurumaki Kinako Friend
Mizuho enjoys talking with Kinako, and it one of the few people who can see and realize Kinako's true self. This makes Mizuho want to grow closer with Kinako, reinforcing the friendship between the two. He can often be seen giving Kinako plenty of gifts to show his gratitude for their friendship.
