Neo is a greyish-white stick figure of moderate build and stature, he has moderately angled hair with 3 tufts pointing upward and two hanging off the sides of his face. Long hair wrapped in a ponytail, green dull eyes, and square pupils. He wears a black bodysuit with neon-green lighting. He also wears sleek white armor that can alter its shape, his forearms being capable of turning into arm canons. He can also summon gravity panels that give him access to limited flight.

Unlike the rest of his team, Neo is more of an anomaly. For unknown reasons, he joined Novateam (To their joy) and despite the efforts of the members socializing with him, he can come off as an emotionless stone wall who is never any fun and boring.
This is because Neo is a laconic and straight-faced individual who speaks and communicates with very literal and factual terms. He is not accustomed to social queues and jokes which makes the latter go right over his head most of the time, often explaining the logistics and facts of the information, deconstructing the base which often destroys the fun of the conversation. This comes in handy when the group needs to strategize or understand the matters at hand.
