History (Extension)| However, nothing could stay a secret forever. There was no Dark Circus, there was no illegal magic takeover on their little town, it was just a couple of kids and their lofty ambitions. These ambitions were noted by visiting Enforcers, and the group was reported to the Council. Now, since these were teenagers the procedure went about a little differently. Instead of immediately jailing the 17-year-olds, it was decided that they'd be separated and put into re-education programs to better align their goals with the goals of the Council. Angelica was not as lucky, being 18-years-old and a seemingly prospect-less witch, she was thrown into prison.
